lol dive or not, if the player tackle the other player without touching the ball is it consider as a foul, so this is clearly a penalty

Drogba puts Ronaldo to shame. Ronaldo is fouled half the time because he's too fast but people like to think he's always diving.
That was a penalty for sure but no great skill. Funny though.

I suggest you watch frames 0:28 to 0:30 again (pause and play each frame) and then reflect on the verbal diarrhea you just spilled onto this page.
The studs off Aalborg's defender go right onto Robinho's ankle/shin area, this was definitely NOT a dive, it's his injured ankle as well.
