Here are some things you can improve on:
the flashes are out of sync
some scenes were repeated way too often
the subtitles are distracting

@ChihiroAyasato Yeah i know it's out of sync. It wasn't on movie maker, onli happened when i uploaded it for some reaso.n :/ and i dont know how to take off the subs sadly. Thanks for the FB. :)

I had WWM as well, so I know exactly how you feel.
As for the subtitles, all you have to do is download RAW/Dubbed files.
It's quite simple. All you need is youtube downloader and then type 'higurashi english dub' in the youtube search engine.
