in other cases with turbochargers without a bov, you can hear compressor surge which means that the air after closing the throttle body is going to be instabil.

das kommt vom überdruckventil, dem blow off valve. der doppelturbolader scheffelt bei 30.000 umdrehungen die luft in den motor. wenn dann der fahrer nun das gas wegnimmt, wird die eingepreßte luft herausgelassen damit die luft nicht in den motor kommt.

You got it all wrong, it's the other way around. They are not over expensive. Atleast not to the same grade as lambos and porsches and they are most certainly not crappy. You get alot of performance and on top of all alot of potential for the price you pay. The big deal I'd guess is the fact that this car is more or less legendary for the streetracing scene.
