@JessicaAndMallory Well I had the magazines just sitting in a drawer for years, and I already had the mod podge on hand but that usually cost around $7 depending on where you buy it and then there is the hot glue....and I already had that too. So I never actually went out and spent money on this I just had everything already. Hope that answers your question! =-)
