okay i have the mac adress but when i test my connection, it fails, could be because something about my mac filtering is enabled or something. please help

@Ardje123 If you do have your Mac filtering going then make sure you have the Xbox's Mac addres in your list. If you have a Cysco Router(most of us do) this step will be easy. Grab the MAC address, add it to your list, and voila. However, make sure you XBOX is off when you do so, for some reason the router doesn't like to be asked on a date while trying to figure itself out. Sorry for the analogy, doesn't like to have the xbox trying to connect while adding the MAC address. -_-.
