Could give me some box details? I bought some jerry's on eBay and im not opening them. Is their any way to tell from the box? Im 99.9% they are real because they dont look new and the seal looks real and they have a slight yellowish tint to them but that could be printing. FAKES, jerry;s only come in blue and red, otherwise, they are not authentic.. The only way to purchase a deck of nuggs is from asher or someone you know who guarantees authenticity.

Here is how you determine fake Jerry's Nuggets BEFORE handling them, if you're wondering:

1. The real ones are in blue and red only, no other fancy colors. If you see a blue or red one, move on.

2. The seal of the deck will be unlike the ones you see now - with pointed edges like stamps. Also, it will be slightly placed towards the left, which is an important feature to see if it's a real one.

3. Price and source: you know it won't cost you just a few ten bucks if it is a real!

The reason they go for so much these days is mostly because of a snowball hype effect that started after the Bucks released The System.

All the hype and prices aside, they are really exceptional cards with a back design that many people (like me) love... and a few hate. The fact that they are over 30 years old adds to it although, they are not near as rare as people think. There are probably still thousands of sealed decks out there.
