i work at mcdonald's in england and we don't wear gloves but we do wash our hands every 15-30 minutes and our meat is cooked fresh, not kept in uhc trays (the place he takes the meat out from). other than that, you would never be allowed to touch the meat and the cheese with the same gloves/tongs/whatever (regardless of what order you do it in) because it can lead to cross-contamination.

I see people with gloves wiping there aprons, and even touching a trash can. Glove are "mostly" about public perception and provide a false sense of security. What it boils down to is safety is provided largely by management. Good manager stresses safety... and then speed. Good manager makes an employee conscience of their hands and what they touch. Good manager will send a sandwich to the waste bin and the employee to the sink if they touch their hair, apron, or broom. Match that at home! ^_^

Condiments were not centered.

unions were not put in center of the condements and the pickles were not put on the propper way.

Cheese was just thrown on, when it sould be centered, and both together should make a diamond shape for best area useage.
