Teacher evaluations are an interesting idea, but they should just tell/teach all the send their teachers sincere handwritten thank-you notes showing ways that they are grateful to have them as their teacher and how they had made a difference in their lives.

What is the criteria for becoming a "MASTER TEACHER"?
How much does the "MASTER TEACHER" get paid? (Is it a job for life? Can it lead to even more promotions? (e.g. Director of Curriculum, Assessment Coordinator?
I am willing to bet none of these people will be in the classroom in 5 years! They will all have become "MASTER TEACHERS"! People who walk around with a clipboard in one hand and a latte in another! What a waste of tax payer money!
