BMW Z3 in my opinion is one of the most overrated cars on the market! I owned two 1,6 Mazda Mx5's over the last 6 years and just made the biggest mistake ever - bought BMW Z3.It drives like a Golf ,there is nothing sporty about this car ,underpowered 1.9 engine looses with mazda's 1.6 really reliable engine.The seats are uncomfortable ,don't hold you in tight corners as good as the ones in MX5.BMW Z3 only looks a bit better but nothing more.Mazda MX5 is simply better in every way!!! Dont get z3

@the spitfire! If your getting one! Go for at least the 2.2 roadster! Straight six! If you can with full service history and receipts! Also put the right oil in, which is castrol 0-30 SLX'

Also don't put cheap Tyres on it,check how many owners from new, also make sure all electrics are working properly! Check for no master cylinder leaks!! Check all Tyres are worn level on all sides! Check for front arm bushes worn!

Don't bother going for the four cylinder !! Or you'll be reving all day getting

@the1payne Tiff Needle was a host on Top Gear before going to Fifth Gear. It's not possible that a show could start in 2002 and this was aired in 1997...

At cruising speeds with the top down, there is no roar beating against your head...

ONLY on hard acceration.
