  • lmfao. You can't make wrists bigger. Its the natural makeup of your skeletal build.

    Doesn't matter though, small wrists are good. It makes your forearm give bigger appereance like its all pumped up. Bodybuilding is illusion.

  • Lui i have a question. After training a couple hours i get tired and go eat a waffle. A waffle has 2000 calories and if i burn 200 a hour then whats the point ? I have to run like 5 hours to burn the calories from the waffle :(

  • @tazss159 i would assume so because whenever you punch, youre using that pushing motion which uses your triceps, shoulders, etc, same for legs, so the stronger u are in those areas the stronger overall youll be

  • @tazss159 believe it or not.. your punch starts with your legs... cause you put your body upfront and waist in motion b4 u even put your shoulder/hands out... you will never see any fight style practice their punch sitting down... even those stationary ones like knuckle hardening.

    secondly, trainign your legs will help ur body recognize the need to burn mmore calories so it will be much easier to use the same knowledge on other parts

  • Lui, im in the same position as you and have small wrists. What are you going to do to increase size in them and forearms?

    Btw how many inches are your wrists?

  • @luimarco 3 times a week? Woah, that's alot Lui. I have the same problem, small wrists and small forearms, makes me look like i have fake muscle. Let me know how your forearms go, maybe even do a video on it. That'll help me alot.

  • @MichaelDimaso Do leg lifts bro, put dumbell between your feet or your knees lie down on an inverted bench and lift your legs like a plank, you can also do it hanging from a chin up bar.

  • That polished floor in the bag room is a recipe for disaster no f'in way i'd be kicking bags with sweaty feet on that hahaha. Good butt workout Luii!!

  • @MrNikeMike77 try to avoid eating junk food like fast foods, cause it gives you a Buffy fat muscle look which is bad fat, a good food diet gives the same amount of protein is it not cheating its just for people who don't have enough protein in their body and a protein shake should never be used to replace a meal!.

  • The lunges (glutes mostly) was to distract the viewer. Upon further over-analysis I have concluded that he is actually training the PC muscle.

  • He's given it away in the video title. Lunges mostly work the glutes and quads. But Lui is referring to GLUTES, since a glute is the largest SINGLE muscle in the whole body.

  • @MrNikeMike77 protein powder isn't a magic formula that is gonna get you big, it is no different than eating a good meal packed with protein, because that is basically what a protein shake or something like that is. A meal replacement.

  • @death2allproduction yea I know. But I heard you only absorb chicken protein like 60 percent but whey protein like 90 percent.

  • @MrNikeMike77 just be careful where you get your info, because if someone is tryin to sell you something they have all the reason in the world to lie and take your money, IDK if what you said is bull shit or not, I have never heard of such a thing, and your body can only use so much protein before it is just in excess.
