I love Jennifer Nicole Lee..she is well respected and well known and is a real person, a wife and mother. no explode is just a ton of caffeine and some other supps like creatine and a bunch of other shit u dont need in your diet. remember, the overall point of working out is to be healthy. if you use supps like this you are doing the opposite and just wasting a ton of money.
