You don't have to use hemp seeds at all. Just use any kinds of seeds or nuts that you enjoy the flavor of. Almonds, macadamias, pecans, hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc. Experiment & see what tastes best to you =)

It was yummmeeee!! Had to improvise a bit as I didn't have any lemon pepper. Used lemon zest and a ton of cracked pepper in the "crumb" mixture. So friggin good! I'm always looking for new ways to cook tilapia because I usually have it on hand and it takes about 3 minutes to defrost. Thanks!

Yum, Tilapia is my favorite fish after salmon (I live in Western Washington)!

To those asking what it tastes like, it's very mild, like cod or halibut but milder and it can be flavored many different ways. I love it because I can't stand fishy tasting fish. Anyways, if you get fish and it tastes fishy, it's old and probably bad but I tried to eat catfish a couple times and it was fresh but disgusting to me because I found the flavor too strong.
