Russians don't have New Year's EVE - it's simply New Years which is January 1st (2nd is also a day off).

January 14 is not a day off.

Shame on you, Cosmonautics Day is April 12th, the day the first human reached the space. It's not a day off though.

You forgot an important one: May 1st - International Labor Day (two days off)

And they didn't display May 1st on the calendar in the cartoon so I didn't include that in the list. And regarding Nov 7, it's true that they don't celebrate the revolution but since they put up a red banner in the cartoon and had one of the characters dress up as Lenin (with the hat) I chose the simpler description. :)

My previous comment disappeared - it's April 12th, not 9th for the first space flight.

Many holidays that you listed are not days off. There are also many professional/occupational holidays, they are not days off.

They don't have Revolution Day anymore. There is another holiday instead of it that has to do with getting rid off Polish occupants from Moscow 16 hundreds.
