  • levrone ftw.

  • Andrew lucky bastard

  • i did four sets on flat and then 4 sets on incline for 8 reps each in less then 25mins and it was the best workout ever. normally i would have 4/5 mins break to get in atleast 10reps but what Kevin suggested really works!

  • can sum 1 tell me how to be a member of the levronereport i log in then wot ? how do i add comments n stuff

  • man i wish i could get a call from kevin

  • nice of you to do this Kevin.....all pro athletes should be this kind...

  • Mad Respect for this guy. He is a real peoples champion.

  • Thanks, Kevin for sharing this valuable information. I'm curious about the other body parts. Did you provide a routine for that too?

  • just join the levrone report mate. its awesome!!

  • Andrew is lucky!

  • I wish that kid had a bit more passion in his voice

  • i dont understand this routine .... i dont split anything with back, legs and chest wich are the biggest muscle groups .. i leave them alone soo i have the energy to blast them to the fullest ...... i train arms twice a week .... splittin tris with shoulders and sometimes back with biceps when i have the energy ..... i also train just biceps and triceps in one triaining session

  • if i was andrew i wouldve asked kevin what his 405 bench challenge program was like we only saw the 4X4 bench that he did on the video and didnt see anything else that he was doing so as squat challenge

  • kev you are the man!!

  • nice

  • Thats pretty cool one on one training with Levrone but how did that guy win? Tha chestworkout he layed out is the exact some workout im doing for my chest and the shoulder press behind the kneck.

  • join the levrone report

  • or is it a beginners program??

  • can some1 fill me up a bit?

so this is his bulking program

and hes doing all the sets to failure? it would be obvious if i knew what split hes usin

  • Great Job! Go on Kevin

You are a big inspiration for me!!

And I now, also for a lot of other people who folow your blog!

  • arent behind the neck presses dangerous?

  • They can be yeah. It's more dangerous with freeweights than a smith machine. i know a lot of people who swear by behind the neck presses for growtth though so i've started doing them. As long as you start off nice and light, dont go down too far and have a spotter ( if its freeweights especially ) then you should be fine.

  • @Vas1984 oh. but what about behind the neck pull-ups?

  • I don't know much about behind the neck pull-ups to be honest. I've never tried them but it might be worth googling.

  • thats a back exercise

  • @phillymacster yes i know

  • I think they can be. I have heard that if you have bad shoulders or something wrong with them it´s easy to hurt them and hurt them more by doing behind the neck presses and behind the neck pulldowns and upright rows. I used to do behind the neck presses but I only do front presses now. I have almost trashed my shoulders from skating.

  • Youre a great person Kevin !

Keep up the good work !

    Greetz from Holland

  • kevin is a great guy, nice he shares his whisdom with a normal build kid :D

  • The winner on the telephone sounds really bored... I would be freaking exthousiastic when Levrone would call me :)

  • Excellent video, I think its good to see Kevin helping a smaller built guy with his training routine and hopefully Andrew will buid him self up

that must be a massive boost for Andrew, having LEVRONE pushing him....

  • Awesome.. I'm really taken aback by your attitude to young guys who are showing an interest in the sport. You're an inspiration. Well done, Kevin.

  • That's great that you're doing that Kev.

  • Hey Kev,

Quick question, Why add shoulders into the first workout, I personally would only keep two exercises per day. Be interesting to know your thoughts on this.

    Thanks for the post.
