  • Why does no one talk of Ali Sardar Jafri, the master craftsman of this beautiful jewel of a song? It is his words that form the gold that Khayyam has given shape to and which Talat polished to a shine that lasts to this day.

  • super song, what emotions..only TALAT can do this magic

  • Beautiful song by Talat,Dilip kumar is wonderful.

    Monty Monty10

  • A VERY BEAUTIFUL NUMBER BY TALAT KHAYYAM DUO GOING ON VERY GOOD LOOKING YUSUFSAHAB

  • dilip saheb is depicted in a pensive mood and the shivering and melodious voice of talat blended with it , the profound lyrics had a nostalgic feelings.

  • It is dual treat, both visual and audio.Greatest actor Dilipkumar and silky voice of Talat saheb is

    mesmerizing combination.

  • KYA KAHNE BHAI, AB TO NA YE MOHOL NA WOH GHARAHIE,JO YEH BANA GYAYE AUR GAA GAYE; IS IREPLACEABLE. LET US BE GREATEFUL TO THESE DEDICATED SOULS; WHO WERE NOT TAINTED WITH GREED OF MONEY. THEIR SOLE PURPOSE WAS TO CREATE SWEET MUSIC. AND THAT IS WHAT THEY DID.

  • First time heard it on Talat's BLUE MOOD LP. Kept on listening to it till late in the night. When Talat passed away during the Shradhanjali program at Dinanath Auditorium this song was played to represent Khayyam Talat team. Also played was Talat's gair filmy Khayyam song "RO RO BEETA JEEVAN SARA"

  • Great movie DIRECTED by LEGENDARY DIRECTOR ZIA SARHADY

  • great....the one and only...thespian...dilip sahaab

  • No one to touch Dilip Kumar......AWESOME!!!!!

  • Probably this is the song that proved that Khyyam is a good composer.

  • It has to be said that when the gloom sets in in ones life this is a very soothing song with velvety voice of Talat

  • Best sad song

  • Wow a masterpiece!! Cant resist to hear it again and again

  • sound came from my heart

  • Perhaps Khayyam's best creation - much better than Kabhie Kabhie for which he got a Filmfare aware in '77. He went on record saying that he was fired for creating this superb number. I personally think this ranks as the best he has ever created along with Cheen-o-Arab hamara (Phir Subah Hogi) and Jeet Hi lenge (Shola Aur Shabnam).

  • @NRajaV I agree with you 100% .

  • Best actor that ever lived.

  • May I know who is the music director? Thanks for posting this video.

  • Khyaam Sahib at his best.

  • @wuthyuwuthyu you drift back in your childhood love yadian

  • This is not Mannadey but Talat Mehmood.

  • One of the most emotional songs ever sung by Mannadey...

  • singers ki pics se zyda i want to see simply the clips whenever possible....who cares about singers pics,..
