Shutting down a remote computer requires the Remote Registry service enabled and by default it's disabled to prevent n00bz like this from shutting down comps. You fail.

May i suggest that you use OPHCRACK this is a password recovery system that will get all the password on that computer. after that go run as and chose the on this computer tab. then type in the admins user name and password then it should work.
