  • @deaddeer345 will do your recommendation for sure! Ever had the corn dogs from the corn dog man at the pnut festival? Yum! The Dog House in Troy, AL is good.

  • @pkrugg1211 lol..got have a little kick?...let me know what you think of it..it has been in my family for over 30yrs..

  • stir hamburger in appx 2 cups of water before turning on the stove to brown your meat and this wil cause your meat to be very fine. Fry until water evaporates. Do the the same for taco meat.

  • ummmm, don't look too tastey to me. I would definitely need some type of tomato base in there.

  • @pleezer10 Ya it won't work for everyone...thanks for cking it out!!

  • Now I'm hungry.

  • @srissy007 lol..sorry!...thanks for cking it out!

  • I too like chili and have a good recipe also. mustgrill

  • If you add a can of tomato sauce to your meat while cooking it will allow the meat to cook finely.

  • A way I make my hamburger really fine is by adding some water to it and using a whisk .. I have a whisk that is only for meat hahaha

  • Is the Tony Paco's you speak of the same place that Klinger always talked about on the tv show MASH? I just figured it was a made up place

  • @dlmsuperdave lol...It's a real place ...it started as a little neighborhood bar...that served Hungarien food....and Hot Dogs....now they are all over Toledo...you can order there stuff on line...it's all very good...ck it out...and thanks for cking out my video

  • chilidogs over caviar hehe

  • @Brianmuuh any day!!!...lol

  • I use a hand held potato masher to break down the meat in my chili.

  • @EyeinTeaJay Thats a good idea...thanks for cking it out

  • @ScottieDTV You're welcome. I just got done making a large pot of my own hot dog sauce. If you like a fine ground meat, I have also used an electric hand held blender. You know the kind with the two beathers that every mom used to mix cake batter? Also, the end of a wire whisk works great too. Nice video, I'm going to try your recipe.

  • Mmm, that sounds like it would be good on just about anything...pasta, rice, baked potatoes.

  • @gregbobsgirl I have done a video on chili mac..this chili on noodels..with beans very good stuff...keep an eye out for that...thanks for watching this one..

  • Thanks so much for making this video. There is a tiny place here in town that makes awesome chili and I can not figure out what 'n all they got in there! I was so excited that you...unlike the other videos I have found...put more than chili powder and ketchup!!! LOL :)

  • @blissfulrain0816 This is the way my grandmother made it...i love chili dogs and this makes some pretty good ones...hope you enjoy it...i also have a video coming up that showes you how to make chili mac with this chili..it is also one of my favorits..thanks for cking out my channel..and watching my video

  • oh yea scott..you do realize that paco's used to give you a whole dog..they started cutting them several years back as a cost cutting effort..everyone complained when they did it..looked at the as getting cheep..now it's just the way that it is...but back in the day..they were better

  • Have you been to the Original one one the east side??..my Grandfather told me that back in the day..he remembered Jamie Farr from mash as a kid running around the restaurant...the new ones are fancy...something special about the one on front street..it's were it all started..thanks for cking it out scott.

  • I cut my dogs in half and and fry em in butter and onion

  • Hell yea Tony Pacos on Sylvania good shit man

  • Looks just like Tony Paco's! I like your watch by the way, i have the same one.

  • I have had Scott's Dog Chili and it Kicls Ass!!

    Thumbs Up!!

  • I know what you mean about the regionality of chili dogs, when i was a kid, i lived in Ohio, so the only chili dogs were "Coney dogs" or Skyline chili dogs, but then i moved down to georgia, and the chili is similar to what you would eat with crackers, sans the beans or tomatoes, or whatever. Either way, they're all good. Thanks for this educational video, i'll have to try this sometime.

  • @ScottieD Oh the arteries lol !!!!!!!! Damn that looks good brother !!!!!! I'll have to give that a try for sure !!!!!!!

  • I need to make sure I watch your vids after dinner and not before lunch . Nice .

  • Ramblin...were there any skinny kings???...not many my friend...if you eat like a king...you look like a king...lol..brother it is not about the calorie count over here although I do fear one day having to post that information...pik..I like to have a beed or two of sweat...than you know the temp is just right...ristin...you have the right idea..have it out of a big heavy glass and that's a good as life gets..thanks for cking it out..my grandmother made this for me since I was a kid.

  • Oh yeah!! And a cold beer!

  • oh yeah now your talking mate :) hotter the better BIG THUMBS UP

  • Geez, your vids always make me hungry. I'm trying to lose weight, not pack it on...lol
