:| try saying that when drunk! :| I tried a haggis once. but can;t say I enjoyed it to much :s But thats comeing from a guy that eats seaweed for breakfast lol do you have laver bread in scotland?
I remember visiting Scotland a few years ago... the agent at the train station was trying to get me connections for the Stranraer ferry to N. Ireland... She talked about a "four thirty ceiling." It took us five minutes to communicate, ah, the "4:30 sailing."
Then there was "Go-en-eye-cruh" in Edinburgh. It took me a while to figure out: "Goldenacre."
What you dont realishe ish that Scottish people dont all talk like Shhean Connery or Mrsh Doubtfire..But we do try to communicate with "foreigners" as besht we can
Theres very little violence in the poem actually..but I see what you mean ..it does sound that way..I've heard of George Burns too (small man big cigar)
haha 'translations not available' dang! it was a little weird, but i understood most of it by reading, otherwise it sounded like a mixture of dutch and arabian..LOL! i like the hat!! *tweet tweet*
I trust you will enjoy your "Burns Supper"
