I hope Zelda Wii is a sequel to Twilight Princess. It potentially could be.

With the timeline.

Twilight Princess comes about because in the days of Ocarina of Time, Ganondorf was not sent to the Sacred Realm, he was held prisoner instead (the sequence we see in TP), and then sealed in the Twilight Realm.

Wind Waker comes about by what we actually see happen in OoT. Ganondorf gets sealed away in the sacred realm and then comes back to ''exterminate Links descendants''

What we see in ocarina is that Ganondorf is sealed at the end of the game and is sent to a dimension, this could be interpretated like when ganondorf is sent to the Twilight Realm in TP. As you see, at the end of ocarina, link goes back to the past, but some people ignore this: if you go to the past and havent changed anything in the past (Link only saved the future, this is weird). He leaved to Termina and the story itself repeated: Ganondorf appeared but...

They did and ganondorf was sealed forever...but he escaped again but with the body of a fat guy (xD) obviously this guy took the forme of ganondorf, and again Link saved the day. As we see in PH at the end link stays with the Hourglass, this is weird but has an explication. Maybe the Sea King wanted Link to stop the flood of the past and gave the hourglass the power to...

TP does take place 100 years after oot, so does wind waker, but in different time lines, meaning they take place at the same time. you have to remember that it has been 100 years, and things have changed

Travel in time. Link used this and traveled 100 years after OoT and this is when TP starts, a bit late but anyway, Link loses his memory and grows in Ordon Village, checking Link´s age in PH and in TP...he stayed 5 years in Ordon Village, this could also explain why he lived alone...

At the end, ganondorf finnally dies and the flood of Hyrule is stopped without Link having Knowledge of this...
