I honestly don't understand the massive public mourning that goes on when a celebrity dies, like Elvis or Marilyn Munroe to name a few. Sure, Jackson was talented but so many people reacted in a way that they would if a close relative or loved one died. Celebrities are overrated for their fame, and I think it's important that there have been people throughout history whose deaths were a greater loss to mankind than that of a singer or actor.

The background is purposefully vague. The right hand side is dark & blood red, but where the subject of the painting faces is green, warm, welcoming. It appears the subject of the painting is coming from pain and strife but is moving towards light and hope. However, he appears to be moving from right to left which in the western hemisphere is interpreted in the mind as a hard struggle.

A lot of people died this week. If MJ had kept himself out of the news for 20 years maybe we wouldn't be talking about him. As for the charges, he was easy pray for scammers. He was a weirdo, but an easy target. The charges were raised at a time when a big-money venture was kicking off, and it was thus timed to cause the biggest threat of disruption with the ensuing big payoff. As for negative ratings, Val doesn't control who leaves and rates comments. Don't blame her for the actions of others.
