This is a really fun game, but what kills me all the time is the punted balls deflecting off the newly-sent ones. Although it sometimes results in upgrading my punt to a 6 and rebounding the new one to a 2 or even a 4, it can still end my whole game if one of the balls gets deflected into the black-and-yellow zone, or if I have to bounce it again and it goes into the black-and-yellow.
