These are pinworms. The only symptom is anus itching (because the females keep depositing microscopic eggs around the anus). When they come out you feel tickling or crawling sensations in your butt-hole, mainly during the night.

Treatment: pyrantel pamoate or pyrvinium pamoate. sometimes people use mebendazole but it doesn't have much effect against them.
