Thank you for pointing that out, we all agree that the US Green Ranger suit SUCKED. Kudos for Disney to use the original Japanese Green Ranger in the Dino Thunder episode "Fighting Spirit".

@jasonfrank20 Yeah, you can get confused. The US Green Ranger suit is seen in Season 2 only, and mostly when Tommy is helmetless. For the best example, search "tommy loses his green ranger powers" and that first video will show it.

It was used in season 1 too, just very sparingly.  Like if they're all standing around in the command center. With helmets on of course, they never appeared helmetless 'til season 2. But for the most part you're right.

Its believe Power Rangers is downgraded without its original feel from MMPR til Zeo. Turbo began one of the many finishing blows that you see now. Thus Kamen Rider takes over.

Funny thing, Kamen Rider (Masked Rider) debuted in here in the U.S. once before but it sucked and now it's back 15 years later. I understand how Power Rangers has been downgraded so much, all I gotta say is Disney, nuff said.

Turbo was meh. But I believe one of the problems was that the Japanese series they were basing it on was a parody of the normal series, so they had very bad footage to work with. But agreed it was kind bleh. But I think PR in Space was fairly good, although you're right, MMPR til Zeo was a golden time.

The only things I'll say were great after the golden era of Power Rangers were the following:

Forever Red

Zordon's sacraficial death to save the universe

Tommy's return in Dino Thunder

and Adam's return in the most recent team up (Which was my ONLY episode I ever watched of whatever Power Rangers it was)

Speaking of Disney, if they had much sense they'd release a DVD set of the original PR series. Not that I don't enjoy watching them all on here, but the tv is more convenient sometimes. Disney could make A LOT of money on those DVDs.

The thing with that is its copyright to Saban. It would cost alot of money to buy the copyrights for each season and there cutting back on episodes and sets because of moneys Next year their moving filming to Canada to save money so it would be too expensive

I can understand it a little. There is just so many episodes and seasons that they just can't show them all. the limit for alot of disney shows is 65 episodes unless a show does really well. But it would be nice if Disney did start showing the old episodes again because alot of younger fans today have not seen Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and I don't think Disney will air the old episodes again. which is sad because new fans deserve to see how it all started
