i think the keeping 4 packs is stupid in my openion because watch as i do it for rising rivals and 20 years later i open the packs and get a luxray gl lv x and then kill myself for doing that

I've seen that you've been looking for this luxray level X, but if you rationally think about it, do you think that people would necessarily send you it free if you keep demanding it? I know you're trying to build a deck around it, but the demands you seem to be making are a bit unreasonable.

I'm sorry you don't have enough money, but you can't expect people to send you cards willy nilly.

also, this set was printed to rerelease certain cards for people to get after the base set and jungle set retired(i think) they dont have much dollar value but mostly just to give ppl a chance to get these cards back into their decks ect
