Islam came from man, not from God. Muhammed was just a man, not a prophet as he proclaimed. It is actually quite amusing that Muhammed even suggested the validity of Jesus Christ. He said that Jesus was a great prophet. He didn't even claim that Jesus was the way, the truth, and the life, as it is written in John Ch 14 vs 6-7. For example, the attribute of power. God's power is eternal. They're not two distinct and different elements. They are qualities and attributes of God. There are four principles Muslims live by when dealing with attributes of God. We don't reject the attribute, twist the meaning, ask how, or compare it to any created thing.

The author of Matthew, whoever he was, irreconcilably contradicted Luke. Surah 46:9 means Muhammad (PBUH), on his own accord, had no idea what the future holds if not for Allah's revealing this information to him. His Messengership was not a new phenomena. The Hadith was compiled by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasai, and Ibn Majah and is authentic.

Islam came from man, not from God. Muhammed was just a man, not a prophet as he proclaimed. It is actually quite amusing that Muhammed even suggested the validity of Jesus Christ. He said that Jesus was a great prophet. He didn't even claim that Jesus was the way, the truth, and the life, as it is written in John Ch 14 vs 6-7. Plus Jesus never hurt, or ordered any man to be hurt or killed. But for some reason Muhammed did. So why would anyone want to follow a killer?

This is something which everyone who goes to the coast can see: it looks as if the sun is setting into the sea but in fact it never leaves its path in which it is fixed. Hami'ah is, according to one of the two views, derived from the word Hama'ah, which means mud. "Follow not their vain desires" like self-interpretting and translating. Submit to the Lord of Jesus.

What's keeping you from becoming Muslim? Jesus, Moses, Abraham, and Noah were all in submission to God's will making them Muslims. Why would you want to do something Jesus never did, like worship yourself? Worship the One True God, the One who created and sustained Jesus. Sincerely pray to your Creator, not Jesus, to guide you.

This only proves the validity of the teachings of Islam, since they align with previous prophetic traditions. In contrast, Christianity is aligned with pagan teachings. From Easter to Christmas, Christianity is a blend of pagan rituals and traditions firmly rooted in ancient civilizations prior to Jesus' arrival. Yusuf Ali's translation? Please!

Again, Christians pick and choose information to suit their own fancy and are never sincere, unbiased, in their examinations. How you refer to Jewish or non-Jewish teachings doesn't matter. Go ask a Jew how he refers to his teachings. Folklores, myths, tales, and legends are all you have to hang your hat on.

@MrMn8 The Quran, by definition, is the uncreated speech of Almighty God. Speech is an attribute of God. Anything that is considered an attribute of God is eternal. For example, the attribute of power. God's power is eternal. They're not two distinct and different elements. They are qualities and attributes of God. There are four principles Muslims live by when dealing with attributes of God. We don't reject the attribute, twist the meaning, ask how, or compare it to any created thing.

@MrMn8 I think you might be confused between Al-Lawh al-Mahfuz (the Preserved Tablet), the book of decrees and the Quran that lies in Bayt al-'Izzah ( the House of Glory) in the lowest heaven, it being no different than the Quran on Earth. The Quran is the final speech God chose to reveal to mankind after the pages of Abraham, Torah, Zaboor (Psalms), and the Injeel (Gospel) and all are located in the Preserved Tablet. Nothing is added to or removed from the Preserved Tablet.

Interestingly, the question was posed in plural form; it seems they were looking for a list of good things to do. @MrMn8 The crux of Islam is not the Angel Gabriel appearing to Muhammad (peace be upon Him) in the cave. On the other hand, the crux of Christianity is the crucifixion. Remove the crucifixion and Christianity, as we know it, crumbles. Remove the appearance of Gabriel to Muhammad (peace be upon Him) in the Cave of Hira, and, oh well. Muslims still have 23 more years of Prophethood to establish Islam. Christians have a very limited time frame to establish anything. Islam stands alone as the truth.

Matthew 2:19, After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt. I hate playing the contradiction card, so I won't. Try searching for "fulfilled prophecies of Muhammad". There are too many to count. For example, the increase of the use of usury/interest so that no one will able to escape being tainted by it. Pretty clear.

@MrMn8 We're not talking about an ordinary individual's biography, we're talking about Jesus Christ, the Messiah, son of the virgin Mary. The author of Matthew, whoever he was, irreconcilably contradicted Luke. Surah 46:9 means Muhammad (PBUH), on his own accord, had no idea what the future holds if not for Allah's revealing this information to him. His Messengership was not a new phenomena. The Hadith was compiled by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasai, and Ibn Majah and is authentic.

@MrMn8 So, either Jesus had a personality disorder or the authors of the Gospels, whoever they were, had no way of knowing what they were writing was true or false. The argument that Mark wrote from this aspect and Matthew wrote from this aspect and so on is bogus. It was developed by Christians to explain the major contrasts of Jesus' person between the four Gospels. It would be nice to know who the authors referenced for their information, but first we need to find out who the authors were.

What a weak argument, "they saw Him at a distance." is that the best you've got? The Roman's crucified people as a public spectacle, they wanted all people to see the crucifixion, to show their power and control the people. John and Mary mother of Jesus were at the cross, Jesus on the cross spoke to John and told him to take care of His mother. The incredible Psalm 22 prophetically proves Jesus was crucified. The people were close enough to recognize Jesus and then mock and ridicule Him.

4. Ancient records of all involved exist verifying that Jesus died that day. Nobody records detailed accounts unless an event occured. Unless this was the worlds greatest practical joke, there are countless records about the death of Jesus. Unless you're an absolute fool, you can't deny this ever happened.

You want records of eyewitnesses of Jesus. Ok, let's begin. Here are a few names of people who recorded facts about Jesus. Look them up for yourself. After all, why would people write about somebody in such detail if that person wasn't real?
1. Pontius Pilate (the judge of Jesus)
2. Roman soldiers. They had to be there to ensure death of condemned. They later reported details which were recorded and exist to this day!
3. Jesus enemies (pharases & saduces)

That’s why He did the things He did VISIBLY. As such, we have VISIBLE and PALPABLE EVIDENCES of God, unlike Islamic Allah, whom no one has seen. That’s why in the Old Testament, starting with Adam & Eve, MANY people testified to having “seen” God. NONE in the Koran, because Islamic Allah exists ONLY IN THE MIND OF MUHAMMAD.
