@EpicNationn no the laser only burns the ink so if you were to hold it up to your skin it would not hurt only on tattooed parts

@SantaFishes101 She is good, but really the laser does all the work... this particular laser with it's frequency works specifically well with black ink pigment and it will target it straight on. I think once she's finished with the black area, she will come back with another laser to work on the red because it requires a different frequency to the black to be removed =].
