Keep in mind that the past few episodes have implied that Clark has earned the loyalty of many of the other Kandorians and turned them away from Zod. Faora owes Clark for the chance at a life without fighting and for rescuing/reuniting her with her sister although she still chooses to believe that there is good in Zod as well. I think that there will be a war between those loyal to Clark and those loyal to Zod and both sides will be powered up. WAR OF THE SUPERMEN! just like the current comics.
