I'm in the Canadian premiere, running in Toronto, this January.  We had our own first run-through last night, and it was really thrilling!

Our production emphasizes more of the heavy tragedy lurking under all the wild outrageousness (which we're having a lot of fun with). It's a really different twist, and it makes Act 2 (especially the end) really devastating.

I saw the original regional run in the UK before it went to the U.S. and this seems like a nice little version of it - I'd certainly have paid to see this version :)
