@kopiteman Yes it is, the original Italian name being "Il Triello". If you want to listen to it try and here the full length version because many versions are shortened in length, including the one on the soundtrack album.
The music at the start is called "Il Buono, Il Cattivo, Il Brutto (The Good, The Bad And The Ugly) (Main Title)"
@JeffZHigs1 True, but to be honest The Good the Bad and the Ugly has some of the most iconic and trailer worthy scenes in it. I only included scenes from the other films as it was a requirement of the assignment this was made for.
@Alty656 This may be just me, but I disagree about that, Fistful of Dollars and For a Few Dollars More has some really good visual trailer worthy scenes. Even though The Good the Bad and the Ugly has the best final showdown out of all of them
Imagine Charles Lloyd in a psychedelic surfband with a post-spaghetti Ennio Morreconi, and you might get a hint of what Primal Sky is about - a hint because this is much more haunting and adventurous than that. It's not surf per say, but there are lots of very nice guitar lines suggesting surf, and the artistry here is just too good to pass up.
you should've kept it black and then faded in with red words while the theme plays in the background...The Good, The Bad & The Ugly one at a time! That would've finished off a great trailer. Nice job though. Id love to see it if you added the last part or some better finish. When that music gets like that it has to go somewhere ya know!? i love how much it builds up!
Yeah, I know, that would have made it more like your usual trailer. The only thing was that this was for a school project and for this one we were meant to make them without any text/special effects. We used them in a later project (which can be found on my profile too).
thanks. I really don't know if any music like this has been done more recently. Though if you like it it's well worth buying the sountrack for the good the bad the ugly.
In fact any of ennio morrecone's music tends to be very good.
Thanks Hal Sparks urr a peach!
