Wow. At that age his intonation is unbelievable. It's also pretty rare to find someone who can come up with their own take on Desjarlis's version of that. Most other versions just start from the basic skeleton. He's got the exact same feel as Desjarlis except its crooked in different places, and oddly it sounds more Metis than Desjarlis's official recordings. This is really a classic version.

Yes, the G string is tuned up to A; the other strings are in normal tuning.
