im not one hundred percent but i heard that here in the uk even though the masses dont know, but the goverment already have an obligation to insure us against these things or theres the n.i (national insurance) where if we do injure a 3rd party you file in a claim form and post it to the relavent place ie, national insurance and theyll pay up ,,not saying its true. come on the very title national insurance sort of gives claim for further investigation
I see all these ridiculous arguments; but everyone seems to fail to recognize that a valid driver's license is required to either get a private auto insurance policy or a SR-22 (for the reckless). What if you are one of the many idiots trying to prove some point by driving without a license, cause an accident and damage either another person's personal property, cause injury, or death. What then? No one to this date has ever answered that question (with a realistic answer mind you). Selfish.
All things in life are free. the only reason there is a fee is that CORRUPT people are in KEY POSITIONS and alter the Freedom of the water, electricity, even food, so that it becomes a commodity to be paid for. Only an uneducated person with no Knowledge relative to the past would even begin to think that a society cannot function withiut money and bills as the foundation for the culture. Everything we use has been manufactured to fail. keep that in mind when you think of this culture and society,
These loons are playing games with semantics just to fuck around and feel important. Claiming that operating a vehicle for commercial purposes is driving but operating a vehicle just to get from A to B is not driving is asinine.
I am however, very open to finding out ways to stop the powers that be from taking even more money off us, and I am all for not paying a tax here or there especially when its some made up tax, but the one thing that I cannot stand, is that many people seems to accept that having no insurance is acceptable.
That I am afraid is not.
Its not for them that they need insurance, its for the people they coule potentially ruin through their selfishness.
I live in Arizona, where at age 21 you get a license that is good until you are 65 years old, which seems the way to go. No renewal fees or tests for 40+ years unless you get a lot of tickets and safety of operation comes into question. These idiots want everyone to have the right to drive 3 tons of metal at 60 miles an hour in public without any license or tests to demonstrate their ability to drive (or travel) safely or show a knowledge of traffic laws.
In the UK you can get the licence at 17 and its good till the day you die.
Unless you become incapable of driving of course.
I agree, I am happy to allow the "Travel by any means" rule that they are so happy to keep spouting, but they are using the highways... Who pays for it and how?
Let them go by any means they deem fit but they can stay the fuck off the highways since they dont want to pay for them to be built and maintained.
people who listen to a mass body of Gov't tell them what their rights are have no rights. It's that simple. You have the right to do what they allow you. And that is not freedom. You have the right to do anything you want as long as it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. It's called the Golden Rule and that is the only that truly exist.
@DedHedJosh Doing whatever you want is not freedom. It is juvenile fantasy. Laws are what gives us a framework within which a decent human being can seek and have the freedom they deserve, as without out them the only right you have is to be crushed under the boot of someone stronger. Sometimes those laws are unjust, but we have a system that is designed to identify and undo those laws.
You have to balance your wording here, but if you truly want freedom, then what are you doing using a computer? Using electricity to power that PC.
You want your cake and eat it.
The only truly free people in the US are the Quakers.
You cannot have it both ways. You want to use the roads then you have to help pay for the upkeep, you want to watch TV then you have to pay, you want water then you pay for it or you drink the river water, it really is THAT simple.
It's a matter of what law you follow. I mean all of you could spout out laws here but it's a matter of how they are used. For instance...the constitution is ignored every day eventhough it's the law of the land. You do have the right to travel. Government does not give you your rights. The faster you understand that the better you will be. If he didn't hurt anyone I don't see the problem. All your license represents is a national ID card. You can spout off both ways here. Your both wrong
Shit load of slaves on this post. Y'all like that feeling of giving up your rights so freely? I fought for em and take that shit as a insult and fuck anyone who thinks different.
I knew a fella that used to follow a similar gameplan to the Sovereign whatever. He spent a couple years in prison. After that he started registering his car. That was about 15 years ago.
@loveunderlaw Which law? We have 52 different sets of laws/statutes/codes. Each set covers everything from parking violations to outlining the respective powers of government agencies. Now if you say the constitution, well, we have a lot of those too. If you say The US Constitution, well, thats all well and good, but The Constition doesnt stop state and local governments from fairly taxing the populace through systems of permits and backing those systems up with enforceble laws.
@loveunderlaw By the way, thinking that an action is not a crime when there is a law saying it is a crime is like thinking that the world stops existing when you close your eyes and then pops back into existence when you open them. The general populace, the law books and the people we elect to make laws all say the action is a crime. If you think they are wrong then you can take it up with the Supreme Court. That is how our system was and is designed to work.
Wow this idiot makes the simplest shit that everyone does with no problem FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE for him to accomplish because he's a contrary natured cunt.
@Blahblobify He DOESN'T need a license if he's NOT driving! Travel is for pleasure, NOT the same thing as "driving" according to law. Quit thinking like a banker slave, & start thinking like a citizen with RIGHTS!
you are playing games with semantics, he is driving a car without a license, that's it and that's all, quit playing the dumbfuck with this "travel is for pleasure" crap, he's OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE on a public road and that requires a goddamn license
@Blahblobify BULLSHIT! It's sad to see how you've been brainwashed by the criminal World banking syndicate into thinking you have no rights:( I agree, "driving" a "motor-vehicle", or "operating" a "motor-vehicle" does in fact require a license. All occupations do.
HOWEVER traveling for pleasure in an automobile, or vehicle does NOT require any sort of a license what so ever. If you are UNABLE to comprehend that, don't bother replying, because the conversation will be over.
@Blahblobify You're such a STUPID brainless fuck, you DON'T even understand what's going on LOL:) Go back to eating books instead of READING them you banker slave MORON!!!
I know exactly what's going on. This guy is a recalcitrant douche bag who is pretending to be too stupid to understand the fact that if you're going to operate a motor vehicle YOU NEED A FUCKING DRIVER'S LICENSE. He wants to waste everybody's time playing the "free man on the land" game because he has no life and it makes him feel important when he plays silly asshole games and the court has to pretend to take him seriously.
@Blahblobify You're too PROFANE, & too much under the control of the World bankers to waste anymore valuable time with.
For the last fucking time: "YOU DO NEED A DRIVER'S LICENSE IF YOU'RE A DRIVER", but you DON'T need a "license" to travel on public roads in your car when you're NOT engaged in commerce. This conversation is OVER, from now on you'll be talking to the wind. Enjoy your lifetime of enslavement to the World bankers, you fucking tool...
So you claim a constitutional right to DRIVE a 3 TON vehicle at 60 miles an hour on public roads and say requiring a license to operate such is a violation of your constitutional right to travel freely?
You are a leftover sack of greasy retarded assfuckings and should spend a year in a labor camp, we'll let you out when you stop being a spoiled little shit ass son of a mutherfucker.

@loveunderlaw That might make sense if it was the federal government that issued drivers' licenses, what with the Commerce Clause - but it isn't. State governments issue drivers' licenses, and they are not bound by any rule saying that they can only regulate commerce on the road. If you disagree, then give me a case ruling where this was established. Not an out-of-context blurb from an unrelated case, a specific ruling on a specific case.

@loveunderlaw In my state the definition of a motor vehicle operator includes anyone operating a private vehicle including ATVs and any recreational vehicles. You are required to have a permit to operate any of them on a public road. You can use any vehicle on private property without restriction or need of a permit (from the government). A drivers license in my state is not an occupational permit, as there is a specific permit required for commercial drivers called a commercial drivers licence.
Lets say that there is a hill thats almost impossible to climb. So, you built a bridge to get up to the top. There was nothing there so you planted crops to feed your family.
Now lets say I come there and use your bridge to plant my own crops?
What happens if I broke your bridge and you could not use it, when then?
What is the difference between that and using the highways? How do they get repaired? Are you going to re-surface them when you use them?
Its marked as spam, however I will add this anyway.
I have done the research. I am in a different country, so the laws are different to you and I, however... There is no such law and you are full of shit.
@FatRakoon Its marked as spam, however I will add this anyway.
I have done the research. I am in a different country, so the laws are different to you and I, however... There is no such law and you are full of shit.
@FatRakoon Property Taxes. They tax us every chance they get. Funny thing is, people in my state who are illegal go to states that sell the cars with the State License Plates that come with the car and then drive them in my state until caught so they do not have to buy plates each year. But states are wasteful with tax dollars so they pay 6 guys to stand around and watch 1 guy fill a hole. Fuck taxes! I refuse to pay criminals anymore and you should too!
This is my legal viewpoint of this individual. Everyone certainly does have a right to travel; but the issue is not the right to travel, the issue is he is violating state legal requirements to obtain a license to operate a motor vehicle. Insurance companies require a valid driver's license to issue automotive liability coverage. What if this non-licensed driver caused a major car accident that damaged your property or worse. Well, another case of a uninsured motorist.
@aghinem the issue is whether the "state" (a corporation, not a republic or democracy) has the constitutional authority to make laws that essentially outlaw travel or restrict travel except with a license granted by the corporation.
@Marleyites The "state" is not a corporation. It is a body of elected representatives that are voted in to make decisions representing the people. There is no law that outlaws or restricts travel. Walk, take a cab, or use public transit. People are trying to justify why they shouldn't have to acquire a license; but are not looking at the ramifications of personal liability if they cause damage, injury, or death - and a license is required for insurance...(continuing to next box)
@Marleyites ...because a license represents you have a general understanding of the traffic laws, it represents you have undergone the basic visual screenings to determine if you are visually impaired and need corrective lenses. I understand people have a right to travel but I have yet to see any event or situation where an officer has violated someone's right to travel. This is about the operation of a motor vehicle legally or illegally. Would you want your pilot to be unlicensed?
@aghinem well, if you believe your state is not a corporation, then you are not aware of your state-county-city entity. because they are all corporations. google your state name and then the words comprehensive annual financial report. or your county. or city. or any agency of the so-called gov. if you've never seen a cop violate someone's right to travel, you must be a cop. because non-cops see it all over, just watch the vids, you'll see plenty.
@Marleyites Sir or Mam, we will agree to disagree. I am not an officer by the way, I am a person who studies law and I have seen many videos and choose to look at situations from both sides of the spectrum, not just a single unilateral point of view. I have seen videos where officers are indeed in the wrong because they were either uninformed or simply abused their authority; and I have seen videos of people who simply want to use "gotcha" tactics to prove a point.
@Marleyites@Marleyites ...because a license represents you have a general understanding of the traffic laws and have undergone the basic visual screenings to determine if you are visually impaired and need corrective lenses. If the court can't/will not hand you a list; on paper, of organizations which qualify for community service......and hand you the papers you need to have filled out to show you have performed community service.....then screw 'em.
WE PAY FOR ROADS BUYING THE FUEL !!!! THE FUEL WE BUY AND THE TAXES PAID ON THE FUEL BUILDS ROADS !!!! SO YES THE ROADS BELONG TO THE PEOPLE POLICE ARE PIRATES !!!
@JUPE810 sorry, but the roads belong to the corporation that calls itself the government. the roads and all present/future assets belong to the corporation. they are skimming profit right and left with this corp entity, draining the people dry. how they do it? monetizing all documents - licenses, certificates, summons, tickets, court docs, etc., they're all sold as derivatives on the stock market. pillage and plunder.
forcing you to have a license, tabs, or license plates violates your right to the pursuit of happiness, period. It is public roadway not government roadway not police roadway. A peace officer is not a warden driving.justincredible.me read at fight for your rights.
the developmentally disabled fool who attempts comedy at the beginning of these videos has got to go. he belittles the seriousness of these videos. furthermore, he is about as funny as watching a snuff film. please get him off here.
@rajivaksa that is exactly what I think.....that total moron who introduces this degrades the seriousness of the things he is showing on youtube. One look at his intros and it sets the tone that he is a complete nut
@inkey2 Why do you say he acts like a nut? Because he does goofy intro's? Only a fool would judge a mans work by his intro. And btw, you're the only one who percieves him to be a nut. Some would say he is great reporter who does goofy intro's.
Haha I just watched further in and heard the 'are you working?' to which he responded 'I'm very busy'. So amusing that it is always the unemployed conspiracy nuts who listen to anyone willing to give their incorrect interpretation of law the law on the internet who get into this nonsense. This so called 'activist' of your cause got embarassed, rightly so. Justice was done.
@michaeltbear hmmm. I can understand being passionate for these causes. I can't understand why someone would be so annoyed or against liberty or silly, arbitrary, revenue generation policy enforcement. Could you shed some light on why you are so peeved by people who value liberty? I don't understand your point of view, so I'm just asking you to explain your reasoning so that we can all learn from each other instead of continuing to be divided based on our own egos. Peace.
Not once have these people won their case. This is because they are drawing definitions from dictionaries out of context and simply don't understand the law.
and what a suprise, this channel is selling ads. Who really is being suckered in here?
most of the a- holes on here harassing and ridiculing are just ant- patriot bloggers..Fresh from harrassing the 911 truthers... Anyone notice they ALWAYS have somekind of problem with those defying the the crooks that run the gov.
"Even the legislature has no power to deny to a citizen the right to travel upon the highway and transport his property in the ordinary course of his business or pleasure, though this right may be regulated in accordance with the public interest and convenience." Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 NE 22. ("Regulated" here means traffic safety enforcement: stop lights, signs, etc.)
@johndillinger1932 Cherry-picked, out-of-context quotes from court rulings do not create judicial precedent. The case you are citing had nothing to do with whether or not the state can require drivers to be licensed.
@MidnightWins2 "The right to travel is a well-established common right that does not owe its existence to the federal government. It is recognized by the courts as a natural right." Schactman v. Dulles 96 App DC 287, 225 F2d 938, at 941.
and since travelling is a natural right, submitting to a license to do so illegally turns that right into a privilege. Ignorance of the law is the governments greatest weapon against its citizens.
@johndillinger1932 Okay, I guess I'll just repeat myself. Cherry-picked, out-of-context quotes from court rulings do not create judicial precedent. To put it another way, while the opinions that judges write in their rulings are helpful in explaining why they ruled a certain way, each individual quote does not in itself carry any legal weight. What carries the force of law is the ruling at the end they give.
@johndillinger1932 i mite have to go to cout for beein a passenger n not wearin a seatbelt even touh i defnatly was cause i was teachin my daughter about seatbelts ten minutes b4 we was pulled lol...what do i say to the judge ?cause after i was fined i emailed police sectary of state ect sayin i give no consent i have the right to travel ect after a conflict of interest traffc cop took my cases over sayin hed cancel it but didnt the fine went up and my rights basically ignored......
From what it sound like anything can be turned into common law as long as a judge says so. More that agree the more it has standing. If one common law can be put down then it stands to reason another can also. Even more so when the legislature agrees on a statute and wants passes it. The executive wants it and signs it into law. The judges agree to it. It becomes common law.
@samten10a statutes are passed by the corporate legislature - every state congress is a corporation. every municipality is a corporation. the fed gov is a corporation. every court is a corporation. statutes cannot become common law. common law is outside of statutory (legislative) law. statutes cannot displace common law - how can a corporation make laws when the police power in constitutional republic derives from the people not the legislature?
Under common law is it against the law to steal a service??? If it is you are steeling use of the roadway if you don’t conform to the current law. As I understand based on a dictionary common law was put in place by judges so if judges put in place they can make go away. And if you can steal the use of the road then any one can steal your wife kids your home, or property.
Do your community service at the Humane Society. At least you'll be working with animals and not people. That's actually what I told the Judge when I had to do community service for a DUI. While I didn't enjoy the experience, I, at least, knew that I was helping makes the lives of animals - not people - more tolerable.
Oh, hell. the idiot is with that liberal fake government outfit called republic of the united states dot org. They are anti-American, anti-republic confederates. rotus alert.
nobody gives me any privilege, but God! I do not need a government to grant me "privileges". How can you even use such a word without noticing the way that it enslaves you. I remember hearing the phrase, "Driving is not a right, it's a privilege." for the first time when I was about five years old. Even then, I felt that there was something completely wrong with that line of thinking.
@Retsquid... maybe you should have joined he Army and gotten yourself shot at and wounded by hand grenades, like I have. Maybe then you would see the forrest through the trees.
look up the legal distinction between a "motor vehicle" and an "automobile" and then the legal distinction between "driving" and "travelling". you DO need a license, insurance and the motor vehicle needs to be registered in order to drive. you DO NOT need a license, insurance or the automobile to be registered to TRAVEL! to "drive" means to be engaged in some form of "Commerce", this falls under ADMIRALTY LAW which governs WATER. look it up and LEARN!
@wildcorrado Repeating freeman fallacies does not make them any less wrong. Statutes do not support your position. Case law does not support your position. Empirical evidence does not support your position. If you get caught using a vehicle without a license, you will be arrested and convicted, just like everyone else is.
@MidnightWins2 Couldn't be more right Midnight... That is exactly what is going to happen if the individual allows it to happen. But naturally one would have to be fairly knowledgeable in the LAW (Not statutes and codes) to be able take the "authority" on.
@Sashazusin It doesn't matter whether the individual "allows" it to happen or not. The government enforces their rulings on everyone. And that is all that "LAW" is - the rulings of courts. When they uphold a code or statute, they are agreeing that it is constitutional and part of law.
4.1 Even the legislature has no power to deny to a Citizen the RIGHT to travel upon the highway and transport his property in the ordinary course of his business or pleasure, though this RIGHT might be regulated in accordance with the public interest and convenience. (Emphasis added). See: Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, 169 N.E. 22.
What happened to "where's the law that says I have to have a drivers license?" He even admitted that he moved before he got summoned so how exactly could they get legal venue? This guy is not too bright... I guess he deserves to do community service for his stupidity.
Or you actually do the community service and contribute to society, be productive and help the less fortunate. As a teenager I had to do 60 hours, split between a woman's shelter and coaching youth basketball and it changed my life. I was going nowhere fast and well on my way to probably being incarcerated by now. Now I'm 25 with a masters degree and a 6 figure income. Community service is very very valuable and fulfilling.
The way this video is done in the beginning at the end makes the guy sound like a freaking asshole, some kind of low grade moron that's doing this as a joke. If you want to get more people to your site and to take you seriously, then act serious. Right now you are sounding like a clown.
Notice the "pretty" yellow fringed flag that denotes it's a FEDERAL MARITIME COURT, not a local court of the United States, hence it's an international jurisdiction and thus the U.S Constitution does not apply which is how they're able to get away with all of these scams. They bring YOU under their Maritime international jurisdiction once you enter a plea you the then under "contract" to their court and bound by their illegal unrevealed contract, which is against the common law.
@RetSquid you do know that any so called law that is in conflict with the constitution is void . if your reps vote to have you jerk them off every day will you jump in line for that too
@RetSquid Citizen's RIGHT to travel upon public highways includes RIGHT to use usual conveyances of time, including horse-drawn carriage, or automobile, for ordinary purposes of life and business. (Emphasis added). See: Thompson v. Smith (Chief of Police), 154 S.E. 579, 580 . your piece of shit commi scum and one day you're kind will be taken care of.
"The right to travel on public highways is not absolute. It is subject to reasonable regulation by the state, pursuant to the police power granted by the Constitution. We have previously held that the motor vehicle codes are a valid use of police power...and does not violate the due process requirements of the US Constitution." State v. R.E. Wilson
@RetSquid The RIGHT to travel is a part of the liberty of which the Citizen cannot be deprived without due process of the law under the 5th Amendment. (Emphasis added). See: Kent v. Dulles, 357 U.S. 116, 125.
"Contrary to his assertions, at no time did the State of Tennessee place constraints upon the appellant's exercise of this right. His right to travel ... remains unimpeded. The ability to drive a motor vehicle on a public highway is not a fundamental 'right'. Instead, it is a revocable 'privilege' that is granted upon compliance with statutory licensing procedures."
Quackenbush v. Superior Court (1997) 60 Cal.App.4th 454, 70 Cal.Rptr.2d 271
It is hard to revoke what you don't have. But you are required to get a licence before you operate any motor vehicle on public roads. Operating a motor vehicle on a public road is a privilege to be granted or revoked by the State.
@RetSquid so one cannot operate a motor vehicle without on e? if i turn the key without a license will it start? yes it will and i can drive on down the road , so it is not a privilege to travel freely its a right in this country if some dumb cop want to entertain me with a citation so what. i can still drive without a license . it is no privilege to have to ask for permission to do what i can do anyway , REDsquidward loves totalitarianism
Yes, it is illegal for you to operate a motor vehicle on a public road without a license. Driving is a privilege, it has nothing to do with your right to travel.
Why do guys like you always fail to use logic to prove a point and then call names like a nine-year-old?
@RetSquid no you ignore the facts. because you hate this country and want to see communism spread even faster than it allready i s. it is a commercial issue not a private on e. that is the whole reason for the license , no commercial use no license needed. even a 5 year old like me know that even a 5 year old who loves the idea of freedom and liberty is worth more than a 80 year old communist mindset . RED
I have posted facts, you have not. Private use of a motor vehicle on a public road is not commercial and does need to be licenced, just like the law says.
Now, grow up and stop calling names like a juvenile, if you can't support your claims without that, then stop posting lies.
@RetSquid The Supreme Court of Wisconsin stated in 1909:
3.1 The term "public highway," in its broad popular sense, includes toll roads--any road which the public have a RIGHT to use even conditionally, though in a strict legal sense it is restricted to roads which are wholly public. (Emphasis added). See: Weirich v. State, 140 Wis. 98.
@RetSquid The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is NOT a mere PRIVILEGE, but a COMMON AND FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of which the public and individuals cannot rightfully be deprived. (Emphasis added). See: Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, supra; Ligare v. Chicago, 28 N.E. 934; Boone v. Clark, 214 S.W. 607; American Jurisprudence 1st Ed., Highways § 163.
This guy is just a dumb ass.......all he accomplished was making himself look stupid. I'm all for standing up for your rights when they are being taken away by the government. Not only did he NOT "stand up" to the judge but he just sounds like he's legally retarded.
this is bought to you buy, a nutty guy with a fish...lol JK love the videos, but seriousl...pop pop pop pop sound with the fish coming in, kinda wierd
stop creating joinder with the court by doing ANYTHING the court asked you to do, they ask you to stand sit and stay seated, regardless of threat of contempt of court, if you are standing and they sit STAND YOUR GROUND. The instant you comply they have jurisdiction and it ain't common law jurisdiction it's Admiralty Law. Once again I will stand corrected if proved otherwise and cited the info.
i refer you to watch?v=txsdW8yYT4Q notice at 0:19 as soon as the accused sat down he complied with the court, that's called joinder and guess what was the result.... 90days in prison for Contempt of Court.Had he stayed put and plead his case he would probably have won
@ethanhines "soon as the accused sat down he complied with the court, that's called joinder"
.
POST THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT THIS CLAIM..... OH RIGHT THERE ARE NONE..,
,
ANYONE WHO FOLLOWS THIS FUCKING LOSERS LEGAL ADVICE HAS ACCORDING TO THE LAWS IN AMERICA THE RIGHT TO SUE HIM FOR ANY DAMAGES, FINES, OR OTHER EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THAT ADVICE.
@greywolf424 firstly I did not or never purported to be a lawyer, I am simply stating what I know to be true you said post the legal documents that support this claim;with pleasure please refer to Black's Law Dictionary 8th (I believe that to be the most up to date) look under Joinder you will find the following definition :joinder in pleading.Common-law pleading. One party's acceptance of the opposing party's
@ethanhines "I did not or never purported to be a lawyer,"
.
MAKES NO DIFFERENCE...... SINCE YOU ARE GIVING LEGAL ADVICE YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY ANY PARTIES WHO FOLLOW THAT ADVICE UNDER THE AMERICAN LAWS..... OR IN OTHER WORDS IF ANYONE FOLLOWS YOUR BULLSHIT AND LOSES WHICH THEY WILL YOU ARE ON THE HOOK FOR ALL THEIR DAMAGES.
.
AND TWISTING THE MEANING OF THE WORD JOINDER TO SUIT YOUR AGENDA WILL NOT SAVE YOU FROM A MAJOR LAW SUIT.
@ethanhines "Had he stayed put and plead his case he would probably have won"
.
PURE BULLSHIT.... FUCK I CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE YOU BEHIND BARS YOU FUCKING LOSER.
.
ANYONE WHO FOLLOWS THIS FUCKING LOSERS LEGAL ADVICE HAS ACCORDING TO THE LAWS IN AMERICA THE RIGHT TO SUE HIM FOR ANY DAMAGES, FINES, OR OTHER EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THAT ADVICE.
They are sending their people in, getting intel then turning around and creating cases to discredit the practice of common law which so clearly defeats these de facto corporate courts when implemented properly.
he is still accepting his strawman thus fucking his persons records accepting commers driving laws thats a semi trucks and shit like that is the only reason to need a LIC and with out one you do not give permission to the states to regulate you, wish to have a trial by your piers or even take it up to federal court.. may cost abit but sue the cop who pulled ya over to cover your discomforts..oh when a cop pulls you over it is a felony offence to turn on his lights w/o in emergency.
@enlighteningshockras "he is still accepting his strawman" . THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A STRAWMAN ASSHOLE AND YOU CAN NOT PRODUCE A SINGLE DOCUMENT THAT WILL STAND UP IN COURT SAYING THERE IS. . "driving laws thats a semi trucks and shit like that is the only reason to need a LIC " . NOT ACCORDING TO COMMON LAW. . "wish to have a trial by your piers or even take it up to federal court.." . WHEN YOU LOSE IN FEDERAL COURT AND YOU WILL YOU GO TO PRISON.
@greywolf424 is that why no one fights it in an actual court room there all afraid of going to prison? they get treated like a bank in lower courts. Have you ever read the definitions in a law book? its not the same as whats in the Websters dictionary.
@enlighteningshockras "they get treated like a bank in lower courts" . NONSENSICAL BULLSHIT . "Have you ever read the definitions in a law book?" . YES I HAVE . "its not the same as whats in the Websters dictionary. " , BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT USED IN THE SAME CONTEXT
@greywolf424 As the US is a LEGALLY British owned CORPORATION under the agreements/acts signed in secrecy during the American "revolution", US courts are run under Her Royal Majesty's ADMIRALTY COURTS, law of the high seas. Being a SUBJECT to the CROWN, US CITIZENS will be identified by a bill of lading or "birthing certification" or receipt to the monarchy of your value. A gold fringe around the US flag will alert you as to when you are under British law.
@greywolf424 Tell someone a lie and they will get angry; tell someone the truth and they will get furious. I'm not sorry to say but the "Strawman" does exist and is printed on every government issued license you have. please do US a favor and do your homework.
@ethanhines ". I'm not sorry to say but the "Strawman" does exist "
.
YES YOU ARE SORRY.... AS IN PATHETIC.... YOU CAN NOT PRODUCE ONE SINGLE LEGAL DOCUMENT TO SUPPORT YOUR FAIRY TALE... NOT FUCKING ONE. THAT IS WHY FUCKING RETARDS LIKE YOU LOSE IN COURT EVERY SINGLE TIME.
@ethanhines "they ask you to stand sit and stay seated, regardless of threat of contempt of court, "
.
IT'S NO THREAT.... I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE GO TO PRISON FOR UPWARDS OF TWO MONTHS FOR PULLING IS SHIT..... AND YOUR CONSENT MEANS NOTHING.
.
"The instant you comply they have jurisdiction"

PROVEN BULLSHIT.... BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS IF ANYONE FOLLOWS THIS ASSHOLES LEGAL ADVICE ACCORDING TO AMERICAN LAWS YOU CAN SUE HIM FOR ANY FINES OR DAMAGES YOU SUFFER BECAUSE OF IT.
@IAMNOTAHUMANINC I'm assuming you responded before typing the words "Right to Travel" into google. Check it out. "Constitutional scholar Roger Roots has referred to the forgotten right to travel without license as "the orphaned right."[18]" Quote from wiki.
LOL! The judge asks him, "Are you working?" Dude is like, "Yeah, ummm, I'm like.....really busy." Yeah busy rollin blunts and having tag team bong hits during an all night Call of Duty gaming clan competition.
@scubaman44406 "You think people should drive with no drivers license? No driver traning? Ya great idea!"
The licence is just a piece of govt.-mandated paper. As to the training: I know what you're saying, but looking at the standard of driving of some of those who've had recent "official training", I wonder if the difference would even show.
@scubaman44406 A "driving license" is not a document which proves driving training, it is a delegation of authority and the acceptance of an implied and binding contract which reduces a sovereign national into a citizen with the privilege to drive on the King's roads. Big difference.
im not one hundred percent but i heard that here in the uk even though the masses dont know, but the goverment already have an obligation to insure us against these things or theres the n.i (national insurance) where if we do injure a 3rd party you file in a claim form and post it to the relavent place ie, national insurance and theyll pay up ,,not saying its true. come on the very title national insurance sort of gives claim for further investigation
ktmbyrne 2 days ago
I see all these ridiculous arguments; but everyone seems to fail to recognize that a valid driver's license is required to either get a private auto insurance policy or a SR-22 (for the reckless). What if you are one of the many idiots trying to prove some point by driving without a license, cause an accident and damage either another person's personal property, cause injury, or death. What then? No one to this date has ever answered that question (with a realistic answer mind you). Selfish.

Assholes

DedHedJosh 1 month ago
@DedHedJosh Doing whatever you want is not freedom. It is juvenile fantasy. Laws are what gives us a framework within which a decent human being can seek and have the freedom they deserve, as without out them the only right you have is to be crushed under the boot of someone stronger. Sometimes those laws are unjust, but we have a system that is designed to identify and undo those laws.
daolong51279 1 month ago
@DedHedJosh
FatRakoon 3 weeks ago
It's a matter of what law you follow. I mean all of you could spout out laws here but it's a matter of how they are used. For instance...the constitution is ignored every day eventhough it's the law of the land. You do have the right to travel. Government does not give you your rights. The faster you understand that the better you will be. If he didn't hurt anyone I don't see the problem. All your license represents is a national ID card. You can spout off both ways here. Your both wrong

@loveunderlaw Which law? We have 52 different sets of laws/statutes/codes. Each set covers everything from parking violations to outlining the respective powers of government agencies. Now if you say the constitution, well, we have a lot of those too. If you say The US Constitution, well, thats all well and good, but The Constition doesnt stop state and local governments from fairly taxing the populace through systems of permits and backing those systems up with enforceble laws.
daolong51279 1 month ago
@loveunderlaw By the way, thinking that an action is not a crime when there is a law saying it is a crime is like thinking that the world stops existing when you close your eyes and then pops back into existence when you open them. The general populace, the law books and the people we elect to make laws all say the action is a crime. If you think they are wrong then you can take it up with the Supreme Court. That is how our system was and is designed to work.

FatRakoon 3 weeks ago
@loveunderlaw In my state the definition of a motor vehicle operator includes anyone operating a private vehicle including ATVs and any recreational vehicles. You are required to have a permit to operate any of them on a public road. You can use any vehicle on private property without restriction or need of a permit (from the government). A drivers license in my state is not an occupational permit, as there is a specific permit required for commercial drivers called a commercial drivers licence.

Well, another case of a uninsured motorist.
aghinem 1 month ago
@aghinem the issue is whether the "state" (a corporation, not a republic or democracy) has the constitutional authority to make laws that essentially outlaw travel or restrict travel except with a license granted by the corporation.
Marleyites 1 month ago
@Marleyites The "state" is not a corporation. It is a body of elected representatives that are voted in to make decisions representing the people. There is no law that outlaws or restricts travel. Walk, take a cab, or use public transit. People are trying to justify why they shouldn't have to acquire a license; but are not looking at the ramifications of personal liability if they cause damage, injury, or death - and a license is required for insurance...(continuing to next box)
aghinem 1 month ago
@Marleyites ...because a license represents you have a general understanding of the traffic laws, it represents you have undergone the basic visual screenings to determine if you are visually impaired and need corrective lenses. I understand people have a right to travel but I have yet to see any event or situation where an officer has violated someone's right to travel. This is about the operation of a motor vehicle legally or illegally. Would you want your pilot to be unlicensed?
aghinem 1 month ago
@aghinem well, if you believe your state is not a corporation, then you are not aware of your state-county-city entity. because they are all corporations. google your state name and then the words comprehensive annual financial report. or your county. or city. or any agency of the so-called gov. if you've never seen a cop violate someone's right to travel, you must be a cop. because non-cops see it all over, just watch the vids, you'll see plenty.
Marleyites 1 month ago
@Marleyites Sir or Mam, we will agree to disagree. I am not an officer by the way, I am a person who studies law and I have seen many videos and choose to look at situations from both sides of the spectrum, not just a single unilateral point of view. I have seen videos where officers are indeed in the wrong because they were either uninformed or simply abused their authority; and I have seen videos of people who simply want to use "gotcha" tactics to prove a point.

johndillinger1932 5 months ago
@johndillinger1932 Cherry-picked, out-of-context quotes from court rulings do not create judicial precedent. The case you are citing had nothing to do with whether or not the state can require drivers to be licensed.

@johndillinger1932 Okay, I guess I'll just repeat myself. Cherry-picked, out-of-context quotes from court rulings do not create judicial precedent. From what it sound like anything can be turned into common law as long as a judge says so. More that agree the more it has standing. If one common law can be put down then it stands to reason another can also. Even more so when the legislature agrees on a statute and wants passes it. The executive wants it and signs it into law. The judges agree to it. It becomes common law.
samten10a 5 months ago
@samten10a statutes are passed by the corporate legislature - every state congress is a corporation. every municipality is a corporation. the fed gov is a corporation. every court is a corporation. statutes cannot become common law. common law is outside of statutory (legislative) law. statutes cannot displace common law - how can a corporation make laws when the police power in constitutional republic derives from the people not the legislature?
Marleyites 1 month ago
Under common law is it against the law to steal a service??? If it is you are steeling use of the roadway if you don’t conform to the current law. As I understand based on a dictionary common law was put in place by judges so if judges put in place they can make go away. And if you can steal the use of the road then any one can steal your wife kids your home, or property.

look up the legal distinction between a "motor vehicle" and an "automobile" and then the legal distinction between "driving" and "travelling". you DO need a license, insurance and the motor vehicle needs to be registered in order to drive. you DO NOT need a license, insurance or the automobile to be registered to TRAVEL! to "drive" means to be engaged in some form of "Commerce", this falls under ADMIRALTY LAW which governs WATER. look it up and LEARN!
wildcorrado 6 months ago
@wildcorrado Repeating freeman fallacies does not make them any less wrong. Statutes do not support your position. Case law does not support your position. @Sashazusin It doesn't matter whether the individual "allows" it to happen or not. The government enforces their rulings on everyone. And that is all that "LAW" is - the rulings of courts. When they uphold a code or statute, they are agreeing that it is constitutional and part of law.

You do not have a right to drive/operate a vehicle on any public road, it is a privilege that can be regulated by the States.
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid Citizen's RIGHT to travel upon public highways includes RIGHT to use usual conveyances of time, including horse-drawn carriage, or automobile, for ordinary purposes of life and business. (Emphasis added). See: Thompson v. Smith (Chief of Police), 154 S.E. 579, 580 . your piece of shit commi scum and one day you're kind will be taken care of.
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
@PatriotRadioMilitia
"The right to travel on public highways is not absolute. It is subject to reasonable regulation by the state, pursuant to the police power granted by the Constitution. We have previously held that the motor vehicle codes are a valid use of police power...and does not violate the due process requirements of the US Constitution." State v. R.E. Wilson

@PatriotRadioMilitia
I spent twenty years in the Navy standing for freedom and liberty, I didn't do it so people like you can spread lies without consequences.
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid The RIGHT to travel is a part of the liberty of which the Citizen cannot be deprived without due process of the law under the 5th Amendment. (Emphasis added). See: Kent v. Dulles, 357 U.S. 116, 125.
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
"Contrary to his assertions, at no time did the State of Tennessee place constraints upon the appellant's exercise of this right. His right to travel ... remains unimpeded. The ability to drive a motor vehicle on a public highway is not a fundamental 'right'. Instead, it is a revocable 'privilege' that is granted upon compliance with statutory licensing procedures."
Quackenbush v. Superior Court (1997) 60 Cal.App.4th 454, 70 Cal.Rptr.2d 271
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid the license is revocable , but it is not if you never had one in the first place
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
@PatriotRadioMilitia
It is hard to revoke what you don't have. But you are required to get a licence before you operate any motor vehicle on public roads. Operating a motor vehicle on a public road is a privilege to be granted or revoked by the State.
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid so one cannot operate a motor vehicle without on e? if i turn the key without a license will it start? yes it will and i can drive on down the road , so it is not a privilege to travel freely its a right in this country if some dumb cop want to entertain me with a citation so what. i can still drive without a license . it is no privilege to have to ask for permission to do what i can do anyway , REDsquidward loves totalitarianism
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
@PatriotRadioMilitia
Yes, it is illegal for you to operate a motor vehicle on a public road without a license. Driving is a privilege, it has nothing to do with your right to travel.
Why do guys like you always fail to use logic to prove a point and then call names like a nine-year-old?
Grow up.
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid no you ignore the facts. because you hate this country and want to see communism spread even faster than it allready i s. it is a commercial issue not a private on e. that is the whole reason for the license , no commercial use no license needed. even a 5 year old like me know that even a 5 year old who loves the idea of freedom and liberty is worth more than a 80 year old communist mindset . RED
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
@PatriotRadioMilitia
I have posted facts, you have not. Private use of a motor vehicle on a public road is not commercial and does need to be licenced, just like the law says.
Now, grow up and stop calling names like a juvenile, if you can't support your claims without that, then stop posting lies.
RetSquid 6 months ago
@RetSquid The Supreme Court of Wisconsin stated in 1909:
3.1 The term "public highway," in its broad popular sense, includes toll roads--any road which the public have a RIGHT to use even conditionally, though in a strict legal sense it is restricted to roads which are wholly public. (Emphasis added). See: Weirich v. State, 140 Wis. 98.
PatriotRadioMilitia 6 months ago
@RetSquid The use of the highway for the purpose of travel and transportation is NOT a mere PRIVILEGE, but a COMMON AND FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of which the public and individuals cannot rightfully be deprived. (Emphasis added). See: Chicago Motor Coach v. Chicago, supra; Ligare v. Chicago, 28 N.E. 934; Boone v. Clark, 214 S.W. 607; American Jurisprudence 1st Ed., Highways § 163.

stop creating joinder with the court by doing ANYTHING the court asked you to do, they ask you to stand sit and stay seated, regardless of threat of contempt of court, if you are standing and they sit STAND YOUR GROUND. The instant you comply they have jurisdiction and it ain't common law jurisdiction it's Admiralty Law. Once again I will stand corrected if proved otherwise and cited the info.

One party's acceptance of the opposing party's
proposed issue and mode of trial.

CodeTwo2 1 year ago
@scubaman44406 A "driving license" is not a document which proves driving training, it is a delegation of authority and the acceptance of an implied and binding contract which reduces a sovereign national into a citizen with the privilege to drive on the King's roads. Big difference.
