The person behind the camer ought be fired right NOW! Why bother to put lectures on tape online if the person standing behind the camera is a total loser?
Excellent lecture, fascinating research. Thanks for a great presentation. I just want to make one observation about the language. There's a new verbal tick that's spreading, it's the new "you know." At the beginning of each nearly each sentence the word "so" is inserted. With each repeat of the question, you hear, "so" and then the question is repeated. Listen for it in other presentations. It's all over the place. I mention this as constructive criticism. Again, thanks for this program.
@social3ngin33rin Yeah, I consider it to be quite rude to look in the other way when pointed to something.
The universities also seem to feel you don't have to adjust the audio the way a 12 year old would. Listen at 13:47 Anyone making a serious presentation would also edit in the slides afterwards.
It is quite shocking to see such important institutions fail at something as important as that. Her effort towards explaining this interesting topic is effectively ruined.
I am very happy to see the vidoe after you give this Small Science With a Big Future Breakthroughs in Nanotechnology

There is really a very big potential for nanotech. I think they should put funds on this study.

@gabydewilde Agree
Youtube is a valuable resources for spreading ideas & knowledge
Kind of hard to learn when the slide isn't being shown : /
I think it's the camera operators fault,
Many of the other videos don't focus on the professor,
unless they specifically instructed them to focus the camera on them
