Then it slowly dawned on me the whole apartment was rocking. There is a reason why they say apartments with parking underneith are not the best ones to live in durning earthquakes. XD

well it was a 5.4 Earthquake

but as the shock waves travel farther they get smaller and smaller

thats why this video only shows few things

moving but places near the epicenter had more damage

and this was 28 miles south of the epicenter
