Hey guys, my ipod has the 4.1 firmware but it jailbroken. What are the steps to do it with 4.3.3, does it first have to be upgraded to 4.3.3?

why is it everytime i do this my ipod will turn on and the part were you install redsnow keeps saying "exploring with limera1n" and it keeps saying that. and now my itouch 3g is on and connected to itunes and everything . i followed these instructions about 4 times and it kept happening. please someone help me or send me a link to help me solve my problems. ty

oh man dude you HAVE to help me i was just downloading from installeus now then my itouch turned off by itself the usuall apple picture showed up then it told me to plug in to itunes im not sure what will happen can u please help me????

@shafrazrumy NO, if you do it will erase your jailbreak and you have to wait until that firmware is jailbreakable

@Ultraman52 You have to download redsn0w, which is a .rar file. So when its finished downloading, you have to use Winrar and extract Resn0w out of it

Open is the same thing but if you close it, then you have to download it again

@Ultraman52 It wont delete them, the only thing the jailbreak is doing is adding Cydia. Everything on your iPod touch WILL NOT change, as in get deleted.

hey man i got the iphone 3gs with 4.3.3 firmware..... i start up redsnow click on browse find the "iPhone2,1_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.i­psw" double click on to open...

then i get the messeg "Unable to recognize specified IPSW"!!!!! o.O can anyone help me?? dunno what i did wrong
