  • 4:06 Sheesh!

  • I to used to watch this, probably my #1 music video! and then it went away. Thanks for bringing it back.

  • yes euqip, there is nothing like this, but hey, we can bring it back, let's bring it on back, why not? beauty, grace, love, humor, all that is good is immortal, it never dies, let's resurrect it, whaddya say?

  • @chamooddude1 You are so right. I love that someone thought to mix the work of a burly 70's Texas rocker (BWS) and the the best of the elegance of the best days of ballroom dancing. It would be great to recreate the elegance of this era. Do we have anybody around today that could take the place of either of these two? I'm not sure but I"m thinking Rita Hayworth is the most beautiful woman that ever lived and Fred Astaire is in a class by himself on this type of dancing.

  • @chamooddude1 As I am sure you do, I try everyday to promote all the things you've so rightly mentioned. Sadly, we live in angry times and the web has given folks the anonymity they can use to be hateful and ugly. I just wish I knew what gives them the motive.

  • I love love love this clip, thank youfor putting it on.xx.

  • This is how they should always be remembered.

  • This is the perfect video. Brooks and Dunn, and Fred Astaire and Rita Hayworth. Thanks for bringing it back. I missed it so.

  • the moment at 4:06 captures the most beautiful woman who ever lived. Rita Hayworth was incomparable. Stunningly beautiful. Captivating. Extremely talented. Mesmerizing. There isn't another actress that compares to her now, then, ever.

  • The editing is pretty good. Regardless of the good guitar, I wish the soumd were not that SOUTHERN HILLBILLY stuff! It is making Jerome Kern turn in his grave.

  • One of me favorite songs, to one of me favorite actors.

  • I just happened to come across this video the other day and watched it. It was wonderfully done and fun to watch. The Golden Era of Hollywood. I had no idea Rita Hayworth was so talented AND stunningly beautiful. Too bad kids today don't see the true, classic Hollywood legends. Fred Astaire and Rita Hayworth were truly inspiring. Thanks for creating such a wonderful piece of nostalgia, preserving the memories of these two legends. Perfect.

  • perfection.

  • ...Absolutely one of my personnal top 5 video's ever! What a complete package of humur, class and sonic alchemy. I couldn't imagine what amount of genious it took to compile this beauty, but after seeing it - I couldn't imagine it done any different. Thank you & yours for the effort...Intoxicating...

  • @arromac Thank you very much! I'm glad you like it.

  • @Countrygirltori24What a dickhead video!

  • @arromac great job putting this together. Fred was poetry in motion.

  • @thephbalance ...I wish I could take credit but that belongs to 'Countrygirltori24.' She's the artist behind this piece...

  • ...Well done Tori, They may have torn away the credits you have accomplished here but none can refute you're talent of composition, choice & class. Without a doubt the best rendition of this 'Sonic Alchemy' I have ever seen - I applaud 'Tori' and ALL her efforts here....

  • I used to watch this EVERDAY! Then it went away. Boo. So glad it's back.

    There are four wonderful things here;

    1. Rita

    2. Fred

    3. The Song, (Thanks B.W.)

    4. The idea to edit/mix these two very un-alike things to such a result.

There is just nothing today like Fred/Rita or this kind of elegance.

    Love it! Thank You Tori.
