one of my fav Doom games along with Doom 2 and Resurrection of Evil :D i think this looks alot like Quake but way better (damn Shamblers xP) many people didn't like the dark feel to this game but i like scary games so i don't mind. i look forward to more of Doom 64 from you, Alexandra ;)

This is a classic Doom game, the graphics are way too good. And pretty damn scary for that day too.

Doom 64 should be renamed Doom 3, and Doom 3 renamed as "Demonstration of the ID4 Tech Engine".

Also, the music is some of the scariest I have ever heard in a video game.

You should get Doom 64 The Absolution.  It's the original Doom 64 with an extra "Absolution" chapter with new levels and enemies. I loved Doom 64, my favorite of all dooms.

Did they reuse a lot of the PS1 sounds in this version?

Yea I never had 64 and only watched a friend play D64 like 13-14 years ago as a kid. The animation when the Demon was getting chainsawed looked quite neat.
