Uh... no. This is Zato's theme without a doubt.

Some burned copies GGX for Dreamcast had to have some of the tracks supressed so they could fit a CD, and that's why characters have their themes changed. I have GGX in GD-Rom format for my Dreamcast and this is the theme that's played during Zato's fight :)

What you mentioned only happens with burned copies of the game. The original GD-Rom (and the PS2 version) don't have that problem.

Jesus where have you been. Burnt copies =/= original. All Guilty Gear that featured Zato-1/Eddie has this same song. From Guilty Gear, to Guilty Gear X, to Guilty Gear XX (Add all the extensions)

zato's theme changed from Black Soul to Feel a Fear I guess because it was to show Eddie taking over Zato-1's body. and they did that because I think the original VA for Zato-1 passed away sometime before GGX was released.
