nice video. we are moving a huge trainstation here in a couple weeks in alberta, gonna be bad ass, we just got done moving a house right out ofdown town calgary...man was that a long day, but this job fucking rules.

@codose you like moving houses? i had my share helping move my dads shed dont want to do that anymore. and im someone who likes outside work, guess it would be nice to have more than a car jack and cinder blocks though.

@codose ahha, ya we got hydraulic jacks and use wooden skids i do like it, its bad ass, im not sure but we r currently in the works of doing a train station that is to be recorded by discovery channel.

@bambam9969 well i wont be involved in the discovery move, i quit today, my boss is shitting on the crew for safety and not maintaining fuck all of his equipment some one is gonna get killed...told him he needs to fix some stuff before i come back,  told me not to bother lol. guess he can find another guy to run the crew for 18 bucks an hour lol.

Wow...we must have many more restrictions on house moving here in QLD, Australia...our house got moved about 200miles and they had to spilt the house in two and remove the roof!

@pixiedust7659 In Canada we can only move between 12am to 6 am on main roads, side streets have to be off the road by 8 am, The roof came off prob caus it would of cost more to have the power crew , cable, phone all those guys would have to come out and the bill for that would blow you away cheaper to take off the roof and put it back together easy if you have a crew who know what there doing.,and 200 miles wow long way were only permited to move Max 300 miles That would take afew nights

@bambam9969 No power cables across the roads in this area, well there is, but they are up around 30ft in the air.  They instead have height restrictions on the vehicles because of the weight.

The blokes did it in one night, left at 7pm and were there by 2am, even with having blown 5 tyres because of the weight of the house!

I am so impressed with how well these movers did and I would get Busbys to move a house again for me anyday!

iv seen some like this on TV, but it was a church and they moved it like 200 feet but used loads of sets of wheels that drive themself
