In my SF4 ranking battle in london he is banned also...If u guys know the game he is kinda broken, sure he has low health but if you use him right, you can't touch him anyways.

not banned in japan, he just can't be used, along with all the other console characters (since the japanese play on arcade). It's not impossible to get past someone who's zoning with him. Teleport is slow, and his limbs aren't invincible. Once you get a few good hits on him, he's pretty much done. A character is only broken when he dominates all the matchups and the game is pretty much "who plays this character the best". EG. Akuma in ST.

If you FADC his limbs or a boom once you're close to him. And you CAN keep him in the corner if you just neutral jump normal on reaction to his walljump. You just don't know the matchup probably.

online if you see random seths in tournaments that know what they are doing, they are usually very good, gootecks nearly lost to seth so did justin wong with his abel. Both had to play so hard to win, and only their skill level did it for them. And thats only with seth, you dont see that with any other console characters.
