u can't really return an item you've used out of. Its THE COMPANY you should complain to for unsatisfactory performance of a product. If the product had been returned unopened, fine, your unfriendly cashier could've given back your money with the receipt. Don't feel bad..

Organic Root Stimulator is the best for me as well. i know obviously some people out there don't like it but i LOVE it. very neat hair and no flaking. nice smell as well. i do not like the olive oil sheen spray. it actually made my hair quite dry. i use the Jamaican Mango &Lime island oil and mix it with water in a spray bottle and that keeps my hair really soft

I do like their setting lotion though. I think Rite Aid return policy is only for Makeup. If you try the makeup they will take it back. I'm not sure if it's for hair products as well.

People say no to bees wax because it is hell to wash out which is true but i needed that to help me hair lock because it was sooo stubborn and only took in the 5th month when i started using some wax. invest in some material to wrap ur head up on those days where the hair is looking ruff, until its time to twist again. and finally Embrace & enjoy your journey!!
I can attribute that to the lock and twist gel... i just basically twirl the regrowth around my finger.... i do NOT palm roll the rest of the loc tho. that will reduce the thickess of my loc and i like them how they are now!
That's crazy. You use the EXACT products I use. I love the gel. I tried Carol's Daughter Loc Butter. Not for me. Smells good though. The coditioner is a god send especially if you have colored hair. Love those products. Glad I'm not the only one.

You know when I first started locking I used the ORS gel but then switched to JML. It worked so much better & didn't flake in my hair. Then they changed the formula to (JML) now I only use aloe vera gel (sometimes). Your hair is gorgeous!
