The issue isn't whether or not the man is discussing slavery. The problem enters when he uses the phrase "whip it like a slave" to characterize ANYTHING, much less making narcotics. Aside from cheapening the painful history of the American slave, this song demonstrates not only the damaging extent to which Lil Wayne has completely sold himself to the industry and racist subtext of pop culture (much like a slave) but also that to which he has so willingly abandoned the raw roots of hip hop.

It is a blatant affront to this reality when he uses that phrase AT ALL, much less in the context of making drugs.
