Gretchen you & I are so much alike. I would dream of a Hobart too ! haha. Maybe because our birthdays are close? - Apr. 7th here. @PlayingPanda I had to make baumkuchen as an "exam" type assignment at the CIA when I was in school....HOLY PROCESS...that I don't think I ever want to revisit! Baumkuchen is one of the requirements for being a Certified MAster Pastry Chef. Very difficult.
