I'm a United States Marine. I've met Indian soldiers before and I have to say there are up there with the best. These guys are brave ass motherfuckers. Pakistani soldiers are undisciplined, lazy, and puny in comparison. The only negative things I have to say is that a lot of their equipment is old and cheap and their physical fitness is more on the stamina side than big muscles or height, which might be a disadvantage in hand to hand combat. Anyways, go India!!!

India Lost to china due to immature leadership who didn't had any experience of battle...& ill equipped army which was seen as a legacy of the RAJ. all the other places mentioned are insurgent zones where the army is doing very well.

@AdamAus85 Actually they are deployed globally they have done peace keeping missions in the middle east and africa as part of the UN. Also during the 90s they fought agansit the tamil tigers in sri lanka actually they did gain majority of the country back but alot of civilian casualities were made so they had to withdraw due to the sri lankan government. I would personally like to see the Indian and Australian troops do joint military exercises since they both have shared military history :)
