I think this is absolutely adorable! He looks so much like my dog, that I'm now questioning what I've always thought was a Chow Chow. I rescued my dog off the highway several years ago and always assumed she is a Chow mix. Now, I'm starting to believe she's probably all Eurasier. Thanks for sharing!

@oneunitedgirl eurasiers are a recent breed, only 50 years old, which are bred out of old school chows, samoyeds and chows... Hence the similarity of your chow and an eurasier.

We have a female dog that is an exact duplicate of a Eurasier, except that her ears flop forward a bit. She was abandoned when we found her, so we know nothing about her previous life. I'm betting she is Eurasier, just not with "perfect" ears. Possible, yes? She has all the character traits and personality mentioned about Eurasiers too! She's a wonderful addition to our family, for sure.

I have a dog that I got from a rescue. They said she's a chow/keeshond mix, but I recently heard of eurasiers and think she could DEFINITELY be one. She looks just like them, and her behavior fits the description. She is the love of my life, so I think it makes total sense that you'd make videos of your dog and upload them. :D

My Eurasier died recently he was 14. I so miss him!! He was a great friend of mine. He protected me against a giant pit bull once too. He got in that pit bulls face and told him in his way to back off!! the pit bull did lol he was 13 then. We called him the crazy old man for doing that!!!

I have a siberian husky right now, though i love her, they are a somewhat difficult breed. I think Eurasier's are beautiful, I had a Keeshund and these look similar, but bigger, how do they compare personality-wise?

Well, I don't really know how the Keeshund's personality are, but the Eurasier are really great! A real family dog, fantastic, loves attention, and they stick to the family.

they re amazin! I ve basically grown up with one nxt door. they re really great dogs, do not bark much,v ery self-confident.

however, they re not the "easiest" if what you search for in a dog is great obedience they ve got their own mind.

a bit cat like sometimes. they ll take their time to approach u if you re calling them unless they really wanna join you themselves :)

but really loyal and loveable in their own way, love them Eurasier!!

you want a big dog, then convince your parents to go to a rescue shelter. Your parents shouldn't be scared of it b/c of size. All dogs are nice, depends on how you raise them.
