lol ports don't "break," and whether or not they work on telnet there are thousands of ports, that's why the number's there.
as far as activating telnet, just go to control panel -> programs and features -> left sidebar where it says turn windows features on or off then find telnet client, check it, and press ok
Its nice to see younger people using command prompt and just knowing the basics. But if you make a tutorial you should really prep yourself so it sounds like you know what you're talking about and you also might want to have some stuff preset up so viewers can get a better visual representation.
