Because it is a flat-out fake. Not only is the crown cover the wrong way (duh!) up and very ill-fitting but the E0117 serial number everyone (who knows the fiddy) knows is the stamp on fakes. I pity the poor sucker who was drawn in on this one.

I think the 127's also have a hack function. This one didn't.
(second hand should not move when setting the time.)
