Vauxhall is Opels british subsidiary. And now that Opel itself is no longer caught in GM´s claws but free for the first time in 80 years, lets hope they phase out Vauxhall as a brand and focus on Opel branded cars worldwide as it should be.
I talked to dealer, and he said that Insignia 2.0 turbo with 220hp fully equiped will cost 32500€. Which is a fair price. Its the cheapest in class according to that.
Vauxhall isnt a BRAND you deepshit :D its a rebadged Opel dealership in england :DDDD Vauxhall made its own models hundreds af years ago :D Besides, everyone knows that the Insignia was designed/developed in Rüsselsheim :P:)
You mustbe shittin me :D thats the biggest LOL i heard in a while :DxDDD Opel is one of the oldest, traditional carmakers in Germany :D it is german for 110yrs now pal :D
EXPENSIVE??????????? The Vetra C-s base price was 5,8-6 million HUF-s.. The base price of the Insignia is going to be 5,5 million.. U say thats expensive???? Its one of the biggest in its category! OPEL 4 LIFE :)
It awesome! U can adjust steering, the ride, throttle in sportmode like u want! And the light turns from white to red when u hit the sportbutton! 3 Modes r available - soft, normal, sport. This car is really much better then Mondeo, Passat.
this car cant join premium segment if it has stuff, not details, big stuff like speedo (which is like center of the car for a driver) same as cheap corsa...it just cant be. Premium car needs to be made for top quality and it needs to be unique, not just a product which is cheap to make, and expensive to buy
Although i see your point, i feel i need to remind you that the Insignia is replacing the vectra... both are designed for motor way cruising, a car for area managers and fairly large families.
Vauxhalls 'premium' car would be the Omega... i believe, i may be wrong.
Maybe, but you can very often see or hear from important people that worked on development of this car, that they aim on premium class, they compare Insignia with BMW 3, Audi A4, Merc C-Class, and they say that they want to get away from class where Passat, Laguna, Mondeo rule.

To expensive. No one will pay more then €30.000.- for an Opel/Vauxhall. I´ll get a 1 year old BMW 3...

This comment has received too many negative votes show
steering wheel is kinda ugly, speedo gouges are same as in corsa, which is not good, and middle console buttons are not arranged propertly.
derbigpr500 3 years ago
the speedo guages are the same to keep over all production costs down.
although i do agree with you about the centre console buttons.

Is it omega? I thought it was the Monaro vxr
aslakk 3 years ago
Thats one of Vauxhalls up market Sports / touring cars.
The omega is a more a prestige car.
vectorm1299 3 years ago
Omega has been dead for almost 10 years now, dont even mention it.
repo4 3 years ago
Why not?
Its still a good car, I still have a Cavalier mk3. Its alot more comfortable than alot of Vectra Bs and Cs.
I hope the insignia can live up to all the hype.
Adamw5433 3 years ago
Yeah an Omega made with some of that effort should be nice.
