  • Knew some D-bags, who had a "pet" python...... one fine morning, while the couple was getting ready for work, cute wittle 9ft snake got out cage into crib & ate there new baby, off to prison they go....... snakes are cool huh? People need dangerous/ exotic pets like they need air-craft carrier. stupid is- stupid does

  • Makes me so mad idiots own dangerous animals then they get hurt and the animal has to die. It's sad these snakes have to die, they belong in the wild not in a cage. They were made to bite and kill that's what they do not be someone's pet.

  • there is know reason for anyone to own a venom es snake unless you are a licensed zoo

  • 1. Never devenom a snake. They need that venom to digest their prey.

    2. Respect the snake. Treat even venomoids as if they are still dangerous.

    3. Do not purchase a venomous snake unless you have been trained to handle them safely and care for them accordingly.

  • i see the cobra had its own telephone.the dumb ass should have never taken someones word that the snake was no longer venomous.

  • Poor babies..they must be really scared being moved around and such..I feel bad for snakes..they are shy creatures that only bite in self defence..very misunderstood and mistreated...

  • @LynxPointMama The plus to being moved in the cold is they'll go into hibernation, so that should reduce the stress on them--especially that cobra. I hope they all went to zoos with competent staff.

  • @LynxPointMama No they aren't all "very shy creatures that only bite in self defence"....you've clearly never handled/seen a viper before...They can be very aggressive.

Elapids are more likely to retreat.

  • @yobro250 When you assume, you make an ass out of yourself. I've seen plenty of vipers, Cobras actually, and they only get pissy when you corner them. You fucking failed. And handling a poisonous snake is a good enough reason for it to bite you, because you are disturbing it. Imagine a giant came and handled you, wouldn't you be scared and try to defend yourself? Yes. Clearly, you are trying to be a smart ass.

  • @LynxPointMama And when you assume based on the EXACT words that come out of ones mouth compared to the REALITY of the situation...than it is perfectly all right to assume...In fact it is the preferable thing to do.

  • @LynxPointMama bite people without provocation while they are helplessly sleeping...But you didn't know anything about that did you? No of course not because your just some fucking ignorant kid who watched 2 nature shows about snakes on animal planet and now considers himself to be an expert....Go out into the real world ( not the sheltered place you live in) and gain some real life experience on the subjects that you open your mouth about or don't expect to be respected...period

  • @yobro250 I'm an ignorant kid? Check out my channel, I already filmed SOME of the reptiles I actually own. I own a total of eleven species of snakes in my house, and work with more than 100, some venemous in the Toronto Zoo. Nice try. No they don't bite people "helplessly" sleeping, the most viscious of all cobras, the King Cobra, is shy and reclusive. Cobras don't like humans, period! Show us one record of a cobra biting someone during sleep..go on..

  • @yobro250 And I after dealing first hand with snakes, I NEVER trust nature shows. You're the one who apparently takes everything they show seriously. Where else did you get the impression that Cobras hate you and are after you? Did you even work with ONE Cobra your whole life? Forget Cobra, did you ever even work with ONE snake your whole life? Have you even ever touched a snake? Those lies about snakes being viscious are mainly from tv shows, so go back to ur tv little boy! :D

  • whats with the laugh at :31?

  • lol @ jerk that got bitten !!!

  • Sorry folks but I do not feel bad for this man at all. If you're gonna' try to keep something like these venomous snakes, you need to be prepared for the consequences.

  • Perfect. To bad you are still here. I would have voted a Darwin Award for you.

  • Stressed snake, Nothing about frozen snake as they showed them loading them in the back of a truck. Seriously though. Have they not heard of snake bags and 5 gallon buckets in Jersey? It's no different than transporting a gold fish in a paper bag, Slowly euthanizing. BTW, Did the guy recover okay?

  • Is this Bortz guy related to a Donald Bortz in Michigan?

  • Just to give you an idea of how dangerous these "venomoid" snakes can be:

    watch?v=UrWhb7EBVsA

  • The snake had its own 'phone?

  • get a constrictor you dope.
