  • OH NO I WORE My tIRES yEStERDAy At WORK

  • step one. turn on car. step two put in gear. step three drive away

  • Thanks manofthehouse for leading me to the most worthless video on the internet you didn't produce. Did you get paid to post that? Can I apply for your job?

  • Snowflakes are clear....hmm who knew....(troll): Everyone who knows about snow!!!!....duhh

  • How to drive in the snow:

Step 1: Move to a place where there isnt snow.

Did you know that people are human?

  • AND THATS WHY I MOVED TO FLORIDA = NO SNOW LOL

  • Next on howcast: How to survive dying from old age!

  • Lol it didnt say I needed a drivers license

  • I live in San Francisco, California. Why am I watching this.

  • How to drive in the snow:

Step 1: Drive your car into the snow

Did you know that the world we live on is called earth?

  • this is good that they are uploading these steps my 5 year old niece would already know of.....but unfortunately people 4 times her age doesn't.....

  • Here are 2 more tips that will help more than anything. Keep your engine speed steady, do not accelerate or brake harshly. If your engine keeps spinning at 1 speed in the gear its in, you will be far less likely to start spinning tires due to accelerating too hard, and far less likely to lose momentum. My grandfather lived in Colorado for 20 years, he now lives in Nashville near me, and I've seen him take his 2wd Ford Escort places locals can't take their SUV's because he knows what he's doing.

  • 7,automatic gearbox are for pussies....

  • Step one: Be a rally driver.

  • you guys really need to listen, you sound like a bunch of whinny little kids, probably are, he said chains or snow tires for snowy area's, meaning like mountains, colorado, alaska, ect, ya dig, implying, not meant for places that get 12 inches or less, and he said do not pump ABS breaks, implying that if you dont have ABS then shut the fuck up lol jeeze, no wonder people think americans are retaeded, please dont breed

  • wtf is will all these "experts" saying to go buy chains, CHAINS ARE NOT FOR PUBLIC ROADS, i swear, the amount of comments you read on here; "shoulda used chains, wouldnt have got stuck if you had chains" blahblahblah...chains are only for using if you live way the fuck up north or are going to a cottage .

  • yeah?. what what if you don't have ABS!?.

  • scumbag drivr

  • i just press a button that says 4x4 and im good to go

  • 1:06

    Blowing snow, lmfao.

  • are you could just walk or stay in the ice

  • this video is for idiots!!!!

  • step 1, buy a helicopter.

    step 2, ?????

    step 3, profit

  • these guys have never heard of rally...

  • i piss on my tires for more traction. instead of sand,i use chunks of shit.instead of patience, i use anger. i am a safe driver.

  • nice.

  • you will need a car

  • thts wrong to snowflakes a any other color than white

  • my name is Jeff. I drive for a living and i been doing it for 6 years, i been driving for 13 years. if you try engine braking at high rpm's, your back end will kick out. your best bet is driving in low gear. and if you back end kicks out let up off the brakes turn the wheel the opposite way it will line back up. driving can be fun. go to a dirt track and slid around. That will help some with the winter driving. Or hit some back roads where there is little traffic. ice is very hard to drive on

  • step one: GET RID OF THE CAMERA -distractions-one of the main killers V_V

  • too bad that car is FWD, that sandbag will reduce weight from the drive tires, nevertheless the steering tires...

  • @MrShuaTube LOL in this case the sand will actually make it worse for you.

  • i think pl shouldnt give advice at all and let ppl find out on there own..

  • @UgotMiniJacked People use engine braking all the time and it doesnt cause any problems. And also heel toe is only really used by racing driving. The best way to drive on snow is to start in second and stay in that gear, you should be driving very slowly so you shouldn't need to change. Also accelerate and slow down gently, come off the throttle early then car will slow down on its own with little need for the brakes. winter tires alone wont work, you need the right technique aswell

  • @austinman1995 or a dodge ram

  • "don't slam on the brakes, apply steady firm pressure"

Southern Californians have never heard of this in any weather. Trust me.

i.e. 85 mph in heavy rain on the freeway.

  • @seansopha1 your wrong dont stay on the breaks "pump them" do not keep them on it will act if u where slamming on the breaks cause u still have no traction to slow the car down by pressing on the break then let off and keep on doing that . it will stop it faster and dont be like KHMadMan and give some what or no good advice

  • @ESKprodutions

If you had read my comment properly then you wouldn't have made yourself look like an idiot. Those two things that kinda look like equal signs are quotation marks buddy. It means I quoted a line from the video then I merely gave insight on how people drive here in Southern California.

Next time you try to correct someone, learn to read first.

  • @ESKprodutions BRAKES. It's spelled BRAKES.

  • step 2: don't take mums car out for a thrash in the snow.

  • i'm from canada and this video is a freaking joke.

  • what if your a women and asian ??

  • @DontOrderTheSoup Then you're going to crash. Actually, you're going to crash anyway but in snow you're going to crash BIGGER!

  • imagine how cool it would be if snow was visbly clear. like a pile of clear stuff on ur lawn

  • HOW TO DRIVE IN SNOW:

    You will need:

    -Car

    -Snow

    Step 1: Drive.

    Step 2: PROFIT!!!

  • how the fuck does this channel have about 200,000 subscribers?

  • Comment removed

  • Step One: Move to Detroit and learn the hard way.

  • Step 1: Come to FINLAND and learn how it's really done!

  • Always slow down in adverse conditions! Macho men think they cancontrol their driving!!!!!! Bull!

  • 0:55 try telling that to ken block...

  • lol watching this is funny... first off driving in snow is second nature to me because we have 7 months snow and 5 months no snow.. and driving isnt a problem if you know how to drive and and and and and and and

  • Step 1: Get a Subaru

    Step 2: Have fun

  • or just get a manual car lol, stupid americans...

  • @slightlyoffbuiscuit this happens to people everywhere, not just "stupid americans" grow up.

  • @d0ugz24 yhea but the vid shows americans

  • I drive an automatic with no ABS and find that downshifting is sooooo much safer than braking in snow. And no, I'm not wrecking my tranny because I brake as much as I can until I reach low rpm's before downshifting.

  • step 1: get snowplow

    step 2: drive

    the end

  • turn off overdrive and rip the handbrake. Feel your car telling you what its tires are doing and get practice in. I take it upon myself to "train" by going to a parking lot with friends and taking turns sliding around. Fun as hell and actually saved my ass once

  • manual gearbox, handbreak, not being american, not being a woman and ur good to go

  • @TehHeiks Go fuck yourself, Eurotrash.

  • @TehHeiks It's Chinese and Indian's dumbass lol. wow! Their roads are extremely prone to accidents. I guess American people aren't so stupid after all.

  • idiot!!!

  • when in snow the idea is to keep moving, if you stop chances are you wont get moving agian

  • where can i buy concentration?

  • just get a manual, much easier to drive and have control in snow.

  • Step 2: putting heavy bags of sand in the back of your car's trunk will act like a lever over your rear tires, lifting your front tires making less traction.

  • Just what I needed cleveland and what ever KHMadMan said as well. I will also just put tire chans on and alot of weights in the back of the car so you can stay center on the road.

  • We have a lot of retired people here from Florida... The roads will be a lot safer after they leave... Panic braking and accelerating is the reason most people get stuck and slide off... Buy good tires, take your time and allow the plow to clear the roads before you travel; the best tip there is.

  • How will adding weight to the rear axle help a front wheel drive car in the slightest?

  • @shalmaneser its not the added weight, its the fact that if you get stuck, you can use the sand as added traction under the stuck tires.

  • @shalmaneser hahahaha i noticed that too. I seen that car and I said "I'm pretty sure that that car is front wheel drive. and don't need weight in the back." Just like when they first came out with front wheel drive cars people where still putting the chains on the tires in the back when they needed to be in the front. I put cinder blocks in the back of my 2 wheel drive truck and it helps.

  • i thought you're supposed to pump anti-lock brakes

  • DO NOT USE A LOW GEAR LIKE IT SAYS!! Using a lower gear will mean the wheels are more prone to spinning when you accelerate!!! Use the highest sensible gear at the lowest possible speed! Idiots who made this video...

  • Step one: Don't drive a Kia.

  • @goreksuiti

    :D (like)

  • @Speedcore4L :D Yes!

Kia's are made of lose and if you drive one in the snow -- or at all -- then you've put it in your own stupid hands to fail.

  • why am i watching this ?

    i can't drive yet ,

    and i live in australia.

    -.-

  • @ZebraShoesx LMFAO

  • What is the point in putting two heavy bags of sand in the boot of a Front wheel drive car, is that not just going to make the front end lighter and increase the chance of wheelspin. if it were me i would reduce my tyre pressure to 28bar this gives the tyres more rubber contact and i would carry an old blanket or woollen sweater in the boot i would use these to put under the wheels if i did get stuck as wool is great for regaining traction. Snow tyres are ok but dont stop you getting stuck.

  • step 1 buy snow tires

    step 2 drive

  • In manual transmission cars, you can drive in 4th instead of 3rd, for example. Normally you'd be in third for 50-60 kmph, but you can use 4th to reduce torque input and thereby reduce chance of wheelspin and increase traction. In the snow, and always when driving, be smooth! Squeeze the brakes even more progressively that you would normally, and don't brake as hard. Have good prediction ability and brake awhile before corners and danger-spots etc.

Use common sense, move the wheel slowly.

  • 4 car lengths for every 10 mph? lol no

  • snow is not white since when?? :O

  • what about driver lisence

  • my mom needs to learn to drive in snow!

  • thats wrong.

    You will need:

    Manual transmission

    No brakes.

Always stay in lower gear, and slow down by dropping gears and holding the clutch, then release the clutch and use the engine to slow you down. NEVER use the brakes on ice. If you slide, you actually slide faster when your wheels arent turning. if you "need" to brake, dont, either way you will crash.

  • @KHMadMan

Dropping gears is not always a good idea in snowy conditions. If your car has RWD, dropping gears might result in traction loss a the rear tires. Traction loss at the rear tires always results in complete loss of stability.

  • @KHMadMan Manual is the only way to drive. I hate auto, especially in snow and ice.

  • @KHMadMan

    Americans can't drive.

  • @uzuragakure Your videos consist of conspiracy theory bullshit like UFO's and chem-trails. Your bullshit opinion doesn't really have much weight.

  • @Supermassively

    ‹^› ‹(•¿•)› ‹^›

You are all super massive, I mean fat.

  • @uzuragakure Wow, really? Weak.

    Hard to argue with logic?

  • @Supermassively As is your driving.

  • @uzuragakure Pathetic. You can't seem to present anything relevant or intelligent. You just dig yourself a deeper grave.

  • @Supermassively anti troll is watching you....

  • @spartand001 Whoever the fuck that is.

  • @spartand001

SELECT * FROM Americans WHERE clue > 0; 0 rows returned

  • @uzuragakure Your insult in SQL hurts.

  • @Supermassively

Like the one in the GOM?

  • @uzuragakure Indian and Chinese people are the ones that can't drive retard. Their roads are like having 100 thousand house wives trying to drive + your logic.

  • @kzalldaz

    Who says I'm Asian, moron?

How do you make a J-Turn?

  • @uzuragakure Don't play stupid. You know I never said you were Asian.

  • @KHMadMan True that. NOTHING makes snow/ice driving easier than having a manual. Throttle control is everything when it comes to maintaining grip, and automatics just don't have that control.

  • @KHMadMan ur wrong about the breaks if you need to use the breaks "pump" them or push in than let off and repeat till the car stops its so the car doesn't lock up the tires and then you wont crash stop giving useless advice to people, and then think that its right , because its not , and yes you where right about the car slides faster when its locked up but their is a way to stop it , not let it go and pay for repair or paying higher on your insurance or both ,

  • @KHMadMan You dumbass you need to rev match to do that properly. But in all honesty, soft braking is a lot better than engine braking. Soft brakes means all four tires are slowing the car down in a good front/rear bias.

  • you will need:

    public transportation

  • @thwipp Maybe if you lived in San Francisco, New York, Washington, somewhere like that... but not in a regular city. Not as easy.

  • dude, it was a joke =)

and i live in chicago where we do have good public trans.

  • @thwipp yaaa, I'd like that though. I'd like to have public transportation to get to school.

  • i live in chicago 2

  • Another tip, tires that are made to last longer, tend to get harder when its cold out giving less traction.. I buy tires made to stay flexible in the cold. They don't last as long but get really good traction in snow, ice and water..

  • Actually the best thing to drive in snow with is a front wheel drive car... a 4x4 is easier to get unstuck yes but a fount wheel drive pulls you along rather then pushes you like a 4x4 or right-wheel-peal would...

  • @lillsentar No way. From best to worst: AWD/4WD, engine over drive wheels (FWD or rear engine RWD), front engine RWD. It's all about wheel loading and weight distribution. You want the greatest weight over the drive wheels so you can go, but also need al least 30% over the other wheels for stability and braking.

  • hahhaha blowing snow part lolol

  • Step 1: Don't do it.

  • Step 2: Come back to reality, remember that there are times where you must drive in snow, and learn how to do it properly.

  • I live in California, not a problem.

  • @TheCliffordCult definitely have to agree there!

  • Move to go California D=

  • Step 1: move to cleveland OH and you will learn as you go!

  • @DamitaJo79 I live near Akron and MOST people aren't TAUGHT properly what they need to know. That's why there's cars all over the place in the median and ditches every time we get snow! Oh, and everyone thinks "all season tires are just fine". I find them in the ditch, too.

  • then next year they learn not to do that. GO CLEVELAND LEARNING!

  • speed and drive off a cliff!!!

  • Put the car in drive and floor it!

  • step 1: avoid driving if is possible

    Step 2: very slow moves

Step 3: DONT USE THE PEDAL BRAKE, use the engine.

  • things they forgot

STEP 1: buy an suv with 4X4

STEP 2: always drive in 2nd or 3rd gear if you have a RWD

    STEP 3: no sudden movements

  • Why stop at an SUV? Just get a PistenBully and you won't have to ever worry about snow again!

  • Step 1: Drive

Step 2: Just DONT go to fast.

    Fin.
