Ah Hayward, if I wasn't Paralyzed, I be upstairs in Yoga Oasis every morning--cleanest air in the world from the gulf of Alaska, breath deep into the belly for 8 seconds, Pranayama, Qigong... best yoga class in the world, and only $10 for 2 hours! Remember people Hayward is nearly 65 years old... he has definitely found the fountain of youth, and I believe him when he says, he'll out live us all!
